    Morning all!

    Had another bad night with LO, can't decide if he is cold, teething or just being a monster! Also had 1 too many glasses of wine so feel very groggy today!

    Thanks Denise - glad I can finally get a pic on - I always remember people by their pic rather than name!! - just need to sort out how to do smilies now (and wavies and huggies!)

    WM been on, now emptied and drying indoors, kitchen S & S'd, downstairs hoovered. Will do all the jobs on the list this aft when hubby gets home

    Have a good day all xxx

    Morning all :hello:

    Still no Solway? ;):rotfl::rotfl:

    Right, OH is only in half-day today as I was supposed to be going to a "soiree" but I'm just about to email the school and tell them I won't be there due to a severe sore throat & cold/cough. :rolleyes: This is the second function I've had to pull out of and I've only been invited to 2 :mad:

    Need to get my brain into gear, I have washing up to do, our bedding still needs washing (need to check weather ... 40% chance of showers :think: I might have to risk it :think: ) I need to clear hotspots and sort out the shopping list, oh and sort out any charity stuff - OH has agreed to make a run with them today in the car :D Right, can't sit here anymore and my coffee has gone cold :eek: laters :wave:

    I was just sorting out the toybox in the corner of the living room so while it was out I was picking up things that had gone underneath the TV cabinet. I pulled out an extremely mouldy squidgy apple - at least I think that's what it used to be - disgusting!

  • Morning all -

    Not a very productive start to the day again but then it is raining and really grey and miserable. Still at least showered and dressed earlier than yesterday

    Did a bit more in middle room last night - still trying to clear carp which we sorted for yard sale. (clearing middle room reminds me did you get yours done pigpen, seems to have gone quiet on that front!!!). Have done WM and TD x 2 this morning but thats about all.

    OH has gone to take car for remot so having a quick cuppa then must get on. Think I'll set my 30 min timer and see if I can get middle room finished.

    Talking of Aldi yesterday - they have cans of sticky stuff remover for £2.something which is a lot cheaper than I have seen it elsewhere, and it is a godsend in our house. Used to buy it in a bottle but can only get the spray now but is really good for removing tar, grease, wax crayon, sticky plasters, gunk from jam jar or sticky labels, and can be used on skin, clothes, walls, floors etc. Worth a buy.

    See ya all later
    Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

    I'm still sorting out my living room - behind chairs, settee, etc and carrying a carrier bag round me putting rubbish in. I've just realised there's a hole in the bottom and as I'm taking it around the room with me it's leaving some of the rubbish I've picked up behind:confused:

    I can nearly see the floor though so then it will just need hoovering and then I'm done (in the living room anyway we won't talk about the rest of the house).

    I've also rung up for 2 application forms as I've had the details sitting there for some jobs all week and I haven't done anything about them.
