OK, first time I have managed to score EVERYTHING off the list, I am so proud! But I don't have a dining room, but i did scrub that kitchen from top to bottom, and kept up with the usual dailies and do a bit of the living room too.... so,

[STRIKE]Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One
    Clean floors
    Level Two
    Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front, clean out any spills or grots in there!
Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary)
    Level Three
Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc
Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
    Extra Mission

    Choose one or more of:
    • Wipe window sills and clean windows in these rooms
    • Clear and wipe the tops of the wall units!!
    • Clean oven if you didn't do it last week
    • 30 minutes ironing.
    Deep Clean Challenge
Get in that cupboard under the sink and fling everything you don't use.. if it hasn't been used in the last 6 months you don't need it.. fling it!! Give it a GOOD scrub out before replacing the things you do use and need to keep. Feel free to get carried away and do more cupboards!!!
    [/STRIKE]

    Fridge was cleaned properly.

Outsides of cupboards were cleaned with stardrops and micro fiber cloth, door's were cleaned properly and then polished (they are !!!!!!! glass), oven cleaned, display shelves were cleaned, the glasses were washed, dried and set back up, the window was scrubbed (even though I said I wasn't going to cos we are getting new ones), floor was scrubbed (toothbrush in at edging can eat off it now!).

I am cream-crackered and will be bursting open a bottle of expensive bubbly as a treat (like Radox or Original Source!) I think everyone has done very well today. I need to sleep for 12 hours more often!

Well done TIA!!! May tomorrow be as successful!!

Just updating my list as seeing what else there is to do..

I've put some laundry on radiators to dry as there is simply no point putting it outside!! Must get some in the dryers as well..

Ok.. I need to sweep the kitchen and the extras and deep clean can be done tomorrow.. when I won't be getting soggy wet 3 times!!! and trailing round town for 4 hours!

We got DS2's school photo today as well.. he doesn't look too impressed on it.. lol.

Uniforms all out.. and the front room is decluttered so tomorrow it just needs wiping and degrotting and vacuuming.. I need to shift the big sof and do under that too.. I did the rest at the weekend. I am feeling a reshuffle of furniture coming on as well.. so I can make space to put my christmas tree in the bay... which needs sealing before we put up the tree.. so I have 2 months to get it done.

Must purchase some christmas cards shortly too, before the prices all go up again.. I like half price ones! .. I have enough wrapping paper to wrap the world though so none of that is needed.

AnW'smum.. have you seen thhose yoro pens on that site?? They look fantastic.. I am getting DS2 some as soon as his DLA is in.. they look like they'd be brilliant!! He has severe dyspraxia & dyslexia so his pen control and writing are REALLY bad.. they might be just the ticket... thank you!!!!!!!! Sending you a huge hug for that link!! Thank you!!! ... AND you can use paypal!!!! Brilliant!

Hi all managed to finish level 2 so was well chuffed.I had a huge pile of ironing which slowed me down.On the plus side I made bread, spinach soup and chilli and lime pickle. My mission is to make a pickle a day as the veg and fruit was up to 70% off in lidl and I got a voucher for £2 of fruit/veg free so marinated mushrooms tomorrow. Now I just need a bigger cupboard!

    Evening all,

I am in awe of everyone who works full time, runs a house and manages to keep up with flying as well, I have worked most of today and then taken the kids to there swim club, so today's flying didn't really start until after tea, I have cleaned out under the kitchen sink - I have no idea when it was last done but it was disgusting and I am ashamed to really admit how bad it was but never mind its shining now, when I finished that i cleaned the floor and gave the oven a quick once over.

Although tomorrows list is up I will add mine in the morning far too tired to even think about what needs doing tomorrow, I am away to bed for a (I hope) a good nights sleep.

    See everyone tomorrow.
