I actually wish my hair was that tidy.. I look like I've just been stuffed through a bush (no that was NOT a pun!!!) I also need to wash it.. but decided seeing as it was pouring with rain that would be a waste of time so I didn't.. I'll do it tonight!

I had the dignity to hide the baggy fat-pants and manky grey bra before taking the pic. And Bunny is safely hidden away in his little 'den'.

hubby cut me a deal that if I get it tidied by the end of the week, he would let me get my condenser dryer.

oh my, another thing that vibrates in my bedroom! :rotfl:

    Evening all!

I have some good news and some bad news - bad news is that the place I was meant to be temping in all week have been told that the people I was covering for are coming back tomorrow so I won't be needed, but the good news is, I'll be able to fly again this week, so hopefully when our friends come down on Sunday, the flat should be shiny and clean.

Also, I called Zizzi head office today and spoke to a very helpful man there in payroll, and he's sorted out my pay for me straight away - I should be able to collect it from Chichester by the end of this week. I also told him about the incompetent manager who tried to illegally pay me cash in hand with her imaginary tax taken out, and said that something should be done about her cos the tax office wouldn't be very impressed if they found out about it, so hopefully the silly ***** will be in trouble as she was really rude, and was also very nasty to my sister before she left.

Sorry to hear about your doogie heather - sending a hug your way - I know how awful it is to loose an animal, even when you know it will be for the best.

CONGRATULATIONS lil_me! I'm really pleased for you and will tell OH as soon as he gets home from work - I've been keeping him updated on your situation, and he loved sonic, so he'll have a nice new garden to go in (will he go outside or is he just a house pet?). Will also be nice for the doogies. It looks lovely there.

Well I'd best make a start on the kitchen, and then it will be some of my yummy carrot cake for a reward with a cup of tea when OH gets home (6ish). Will set the timer for 30 mins.

OMG! DD2's hair must have given her special powers, she's tidying her room, bless her cotton socks! more than I've done for over a week :o

Rach I forgot to ask earlier, what's an onya bag?

Kitchen's clean now as much as it can be anyway, gonna take DD2 to Asda to spend her pocket money, I'm guessing she'll buy either art stuff or Halloween stuff. She usually has to drag me away from that particular aisle lol

    Laters lovelies x

Gosh this thread is long now! Wasn’t on much last week as so busy. Was working in Birmingham at the weekend, Portsmouth this weekend so not going home till a week on Friday! So I can’t join in the flylady list, but I find it helpful to post my own here and you guys motivate me to do things :D

I don’t mind about the weekend list as due to my strange life at the mo I can’t do much ‘proper’ flying. But I do really like cha97michelle’s idea for the Christmas list, I could really do with that this year as I didn’t even get to send cards last year, oh I know the shame :o.

Reading through the thread I got really confused as people were crossing off Monday’s list yesterday! But it must be nice to get ahead.

lil_me – congrats, the house is gorgeous :T

sp0z – I really liked the way you wrote your list! Nice and small so it didn’t take up too much space but easy to check off.. I’m going to copy if that’s ok?

    Tonight’s list:
    [ ] e-tutoring
    [ ] write essay!!!

    That’ll keep me busy ;)
