lil-me, the house is gorgeous! And no nasty neighbors eh? Love the kitchen!0

Sproggi, good job I checked last weeks thread, those piggies are darlings! I think you should just stick with Ginger, Brown and Black. Hopefully you can move them soon. Lots of farmers about my area are very worried too.
Been looking into the cars grant, called Benefits Advice Line (for CA and DLA) they know nothing! Neither does Carers UK! And hubby agreed that if I got it, I could get a tumble dryer, or well, a condenser dryer as it would have to go into our bedroom. Bleugh!
Heading to do some more of the kitchen. Think my magnesium tablets are starting to make a difference now. I feel almost normal!0 -
Well LO asleep, undersink cupboard done - it was awful!! I keep opening it now to see how good it looks!!
Just goin to catch up with my ebaying then a cuppa and sandwich xx0 -
Hi All
Thanks for all the "get well" vibes, them seem to have paid off and I feel more human again today, though head is still a bit cotton wooly!
Heather - Hugs for you today, knowing its the right thing to do doesnt make it any easier I know but take comfort in the fact that he will be out of pain.
Lil_me - That it fantastic news:T , quite like the red kitchen (would not be my choice either) rather funky looking:D
Michelle - Hope the little man continues to improve, take a bit of time to unwind yourself! Your growing another person thats the hardest flying their is:D (same goes for you heavenleigh).
Well I have done a huge S & S everywhere today as it needed. Got completely soaked this morning but has dried up now leaving very windy, sunny day so WM was on sharpess and load is now blowing in the wind.
So todays list looked like this:-
Make DD1 and DH packups
Rusty - quick walk with littles before school
Disinfect all kitchen work tops
Wipe out microwave
Declutter under sink cupboard
Check fridge
Pop to shop
DD2 lunch
Trot DD2 and dog to preschool
Hoover through
Tidy master bedroom
Scrub bath, basin
Disinfect loo
Mop kitchen, bathroom and hall floors
Dust in lounge
Lasagna out of freezer for tea
Sort out pet insurance (£15 back via quidco:money: )
Still to do:-
90 quick wash in WM to degunk pipes etc - on go currently on hold facility
Put BM on for pizza dough (make up for freezer and packups)
Collect littles from pre-school & school
Home to get changed and snack
Take rusty for run on field
Bring in washing (and iron tonight)
Put iroing in basket away
Wash hair (on head as I know where the tone on here has been lately:p )
I like the idea of the christmas lists, I have got most of the girls stuff already just the stocking presents (from Father Christmas;) ) to get. We are having the day at home by ourselves for the first time ever and I am so looking forward to it but am determined not to go over the top buying 2 months worth of food!
As for the weekend list I would probably try to slot anything relevant into the week as I work weekends, like the idea of seasonal stuff like garden jobs and such like.
Have to boast about my new baby! He has been a complete star. Brought him home and he went and picked up one of his toys to play straight away. No accidents inside, brilliant with the girls I am so amazed. I was expecting it to take much longer for him to fit in with the family. He is currently curled up next to me on the sofa asleep. He was even good walking next to the buggy when I dropped DD2 off at preschool (think I have worn him out:D ).0 -
oh, thought of a task to add in.
Now the wet weather is here, time to get some WD40 into your locks and outdoor bolts and hinges.
Front door was getting sticky...0 -

Lil_me that is great new's, i'm made up for you and your family, hope the move goes quickly and it looks great.
I'm still at this washing machine but needed a cuppa before i hammered the life out of it.
Haven't done any flying yet but hopefully will get cracking on once this is fixed.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Well I've done most of my list but hardly anything on pigpen's.
However, I have sorted the fridge out and give it a good clean as when I moved the veg drawer it was manky underneath.:o
[STRIKE] Go to see the nurse for a smear - nice, I think not![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE] Go to the bank to pay cheque in:j[/STRIKE]

Shell - pleased to hear you're feeling better and your new pet's behaving himself.
Just on the phone to Virgin who are offering me phone, broadband and TV for £20 so I'm quite pleased with that. I'm currently paying £18/month just for broadband!
Right better get a move on as it's nearly time to fetch DD from school.

I've spent the last week quietly trying to find floor, surfaces and keep on track of what day of the week it is and what I ought to be able to do.. and it seems to have paid off! The kitchen is almost done - I'll do the oven tonight once the boys are in bed, and ditto the cupboard underneath the sink and then I'll update with my first proper crossed off list in months!
Good news is that I am actually properly dressed (at least not looking like a bag lady), wearing lipstick!!, and will be having my last visit from the psychiatric nurse in 4 weeks time... I'm almost officially fixed!
Slowly catching up with the thread - Pigpen you are a hard task-mistress, and lovely house, Lil-me! I've lost the reason for the move, but I hope you will all be very happy there. Is it home time yet?0
