That means the phone is unable to be unlocked by codes, it has to be unlocked by cables and hardware, a local phone unlocking shop will have this equipment and will unlock it for you for a small price.

any one help here trying to unlock a noki 6230 but evrytime i put a code in it either comes up code error or restriction cannot be removed

any ideas

it needs to be unlocked by cable and hardware as you have used up all the tries for codes.

a market stall/shop should be able to do this for you for around £5-£10
