What message did it say when you entered the final digit of the code ?

If it said code error then use this one

6288, dont know what software to use that can do this i have nokia suite or nemesis, if neither of these do it was can??

No neither of those will work, there is no free software for that model as its a BB5 model, you will ahve to contact the network the phone is locked to and they will sell you the unlock code or if its out of contract they may give it you for free.
