you only get 5 attempts so youve prob exceeded them
will need hardware unlock

It really needs to be the original person who bought the phone/ took out the contract who they will provide the code to, if you cant get this done then some pro unlocking shops will have an unlocking box for this model and the usual charge for doing this is £25
