    Sorry boss:o.
    Sorry can't help myself - once a mammy always a mammy ;)
Another winner is either chocolate spread or jam on a crumpet/similar... or, if you're REALLY stuck .... just shove a teaspoon in the jam jar and put that in your mouth - leave it for awhile to savour it .... and make that one teaspoon of jam last 30-40 seconds. Ditto for golden syrup.
Oh I can feel my teeth throb at the thought

Its the age old single thing for me, too much beef in red wine last night so its the same again tonight. Might have to add some gravy though this will after all be the 3rd warm up :o Did consider chucking it but just couldn't bring myself too
Ahem, a pie maker would have been an answer here :p.... chop the beef up a bit more, add a few frozen peas or carrots and maybe onion and then shove it in a pie.

Most things taste better in pastry or breadcrumbs :D.
Snap I was thinking pie too great minds and all that ;) Pastry or breadcrumbs always a winner :D

I'm guilty of doing this with Nutella - teaspoon in, scoop out a heaped portion and then let the licking begin :p.

In fact, off to do that right now :D.

Believe it or not you can get dehydrated peanut butter that you then make up as and when you need it... I don't eat it that much so I keep this in the cupboard for the few times I feel the urge:

    PB2

Ok Boss :p...I am cooking tonight. I decided on Fish, Mash with broccoli, cabbage and peas in butter, and a dollop of ketchup on the side.

Might indulge my sweet craving by having toast and jam for afters:cool:

Do you have any drinking chocolate as that might just hit the spot?
... it sent me scurrying to my kitchen .... and, as I type, the kettle is boiling for my 3rd mug of choccy tonight :)

It was one of those things I'd had in the past and not really bothered with for donkeys' years. For some reason I bought an A5da pot of Value choccy and made some in late November ... and liked it SO much I found myself grabbing their regular Light (diet) version in December.

I've had quite a few drinking choccies in the last month. At first I had a bag of marshmallows, but finished those and haven't found them in A1d1 yet... I used to have one mug occasionally, so to have 3 in one night is ground-breaking stuff :)

Oh my I enjoyed my haggis :D - but a wee bit later than intended:( generally when cooking for myself I like to eat pretty late but not as late as tonight. I've got used to pleasing myself but realise most folk eat a bit earlier. Tonight has been a succession of phone calls, younger son, elder son, old friend and sister- I do really appreciate that they love and care about me BUT do they all have to do so on the same night <<rantoversmiley>> :) Anyway I have 1/2 an uncooked haggis left (will freeze), and a portion each of neeps and tatties can feel sausage and mash coming on for toorrow night :D
