Quick quiz: Guess who randomly shoved two "thick & fluffy" crumpets in the toaster, then smothered the tops with chocolate spread?

I googled noom coach, it looks really good but I couldn't afford to join something like that, Lol my fitnesspal is free now I know why.

I have the free version, keeps asking if I want to upgrade. It lets me track food, my weight, exercise if I do it etc. I don't really need the premium version. I'm sure some people the premium would be worth it but it isn't for me.
I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy :D

Haven't had pancakes for years. As kids we only ever had lemon and sugar until we started going camping in France and had giant crepes with bananas and thick whipped cream on :drool::drool:

Not sure today .... stared at the bananas but didn't fancy those. Stared at the crumpets but didn't fancy those. No bread, so can't have egg/soldiers or anything on toast.

    I might do pancakes....

We'll see what I end up fancying.

I think .... I'm a tad chubbier than this time last week, so I need to start easing up on the high cal snacking :)

At home I always just had granulated sugar. One year, when I was aged about 15, I went to my sister's friend's house and her dad made us a pancake each - with jam -that makes your lips go VERY rubbery, most peculiar (peculiar/must do that again, not peculiar/eww).

I'm mostly in the camp of "Keep it simple, no need to keep reinventing the wheel", so I'd just have granulated sugar probably ... although I've got some other stuff I could lob on just to try.

I made pancakes... ran down the shop and bought a pint of milk.... then rushed home and made pancakes.

Ate them all... with granulated sugar.

I'd forgotten how great they tasted.

Afternoon folks, just started chucking it down so will need something warming later, I think pancakes may just do the job.

My "normal" is old style, sugar & lemon [from yellow plastic Jif thing of course], but I have a surfeit of OTT bananas, so may just push the boat out and have some sliced as topping, with honey, there healthy, fruit & egg

Yesterday's dinner finished up as two slices of toast with cheese melted on top, plus drizzle of brown jus.

My intention was fish & chips, but when I got the fish out of freezer the cooking instructions were a right faf, place on grid over a pan in top of oven, gas 9. Did not compute with the oven chips gas 7 middle shelf, booo, any how enjoyed the toast, with bowl of bran flake type cereal + sliced banana & honey, healthy again

I use MFP, but no longer track calories, perhaps you guessed this bit? ASPN says, bit full of odd stuff at times, like eating back calories, seems some are convinced you will drop dead if you eat less than 1500 calories and fail to drink gallons of water daily

But using common sense works, ignoring the daft bits I lost over 4 stones at one stage by counting the calories, so it works but don't believe all of it
