yesterday's M & S chop etc was lovley, and dead easy to cook, chop & rosti cakes gas 6, 25 minutes on a tray, job done

Not sure wether to have the other portion tonight or what to do. I have time enough to do anything but in a sort of CBA mood, could be tin of soup even, but there again could be frozen fish & chips, or salad cheese bap, or heaven knows what

I am teetering towards tinned salmon, bones & skin removed if you don't mind, mix with splosh of vinegar, either in one of my YS baps or perhaps make a sarnie with it

What would be nice, if I CBA would be cook spaghetti, add tin of condensed tom soup stir in tin of salmon, serve wth croutons

Oh well I will just have to see what I feel like doing in an hour or so

Meg that fruit looks lovely, but that'd do me four breakfasts, at least.
I think the photos misrepresent it - meg did say that her plates are small - and those individual bits of food look a bit too large to be "real", so maybe they look bigger in the photo. 4's pushing it ... while maybe a little generous, maybe she won't eat until Thursday after that lot :)

Btw, is it only me, or does anyone else actually dislike crisps?:D
I like some crisps, not all crisps. Specific brands/flavours. But they don't excite me as much as they used to do.

Looks edible ....more so than the pile of brown on the plate. I HATE mushrooms :)

    Today I've so far had:
1 boiled egg + crust toast.
    1 banana.
    Some sweeties.
    A packet of crisps.
    Some more sweeties.
1 crust toast + ½ tin beans + splash of HP.

Lidl sell 59p packs of fruit jellies... they're what I'll grab when in there.
  • meg72 I too dislike crisps as I grew up without the availability When I was a little girl back in the late 1940s few people bought crisps unless they went into a pub (not likely for me or my Mum as she thought they were a waste of a good potato.:) By the way on your reckoning I am 4 years old :):):)

moneyistooshorttomention and PN I'm the same much as I like crisps I don't like all crisps IFYSWIM

meg72 - I think I might be heading towards 10 today (probably about 8) not that I'm trying to but have been really, really hungry today so on top of brekkie and lunch I'm now scoffing an orange, some nuts and a handful of sultanas as I won't have my dinner until much later when son gets in :D

I go through phases with crisps, sometimes I like them, sometimes I don't!

I had an eat-a-thon on Saturday when I ate 2 days worth of food before 12pm :o. Trouble was, I didn't stop and carried on eating, polishing off a final baked potato with butter and garlic and herb cream cheese at 11pm...at least I didn't succumb to the mircowave carrot mug cake :p ...just chocolate and milk until about 3am Sunday morning :o

Yesterday, I was an :A and seeing as we seem to be counting, I had about 9/10: apple, carrot, lettuce. red cabbage, onion, mushroom, cucumber, tomato and a baked potato (drenched in butter and a garlic and coriander naan bread, also drenched in butter) :D

Today nothing but lots of tea/coffee with milk and chocolate and soon a 1/10 Pepperoni Pizza, if the tomato base counts?

Does anyone know anything about calories? I had a message from a friend that she had run my my menus through myfitnesspal and they were seriously lacking in calories. Ive had a look and she seems to be right
but I think their figures must be out somewhere. I don't think theres anyway that this lot can come to below 700 calories. That is for the whole day. Same with yesterdays.

PN does. But what little I do know is that you'll waste away on less than 700 a day. But if it suits you? We are all different and our needs differ, I wouldn't worry about it unless you feel weak with hunger...in that case please just have a big PIE :D
