Lunch or supper (whatever you would call it at 1500) consisted of 2 x maple and pecan danish pastries, 4 x mini pork pies and 4 x sausage rolls! Not very nutritional. Oh yes not to forget some wine to go with it.
At the weekend, that's called a Starter :)

ha ha yes it's not uncommon here...I think that because I've eaten healthy most of the time that I can just pig out to reward myself!

Think we have all been there - don't beat yourself up was good you enjoyed it:)

Not the most nutrional sound day here either: toast, cottage cheese, cupasoup and hula hoops for brunch, Bangers, roasted onions, beans and oven chips for dinner :o
Sounds much better than my leftover vegetables soup - it wasn't that nice but guess it was good for me
  • Well, my mate came over and bought us takeaway :j
I normally cook for him once a week every week and then every few months he treats us to take away or occasionally I do.
Lovely vegetable chow main and enough for another night :)
Will keep your receipe for the wedges for another night caronc

    Morning oners :D

No thoughts of cooking or eating yet as it is far too early, but i do plan to go to the SM later and potatoes/chips are on the list.

At some point in the next few days a huge chip butty dripping with butter is on the menu :D

Afternoon folks, had the last of the bacon /brown sauce baps for lunch today, think that will do me for now, guess it may be back to cheese salady sarnie for a bit

Tonight meal is a Goblin pie that I bought after all the talk on here about them, I am a Goblin virgin [that sound a bit oooeer missus :o ] so hope it is OK

I intend popping it in the steamer along with the fresh veggies, one easy meal, one gas hob, and not much washing up, or dishwasher loading in my case :j

*fingers crossed* - hoping it doesn't explode :)
Never heard of one exploding ... always a good idea to read the destructions though.

You can microwave them these days - they used to be in metal tins.

Earlier today I went down the "scrambled eggies & toast" route, splash of HP.
