Well, my mate came over and bought us takeaway :j
I normally cook for him once a week every week and then every few months he treats us to take away or occasionally I do.
Lovely vegetable chow main and enough for another night

No thoughts of cooking or eating yet as it is far too early, but i do plan to go to the SM later and potatoes/chips are on the list.

Using all my willpower not to choose chip butties for tonight now :rotfl:
Out of the silver box defrosting for dinner for me is some chilli and a sweetcorn. Ill serve with a tortilla and cheeseHungry again now :cool:

Afternoon folks, had the last of the bacon /brown sauce baps for lunch today, think that will do me for now, guess it may be back to cheese salady sarnie for a bit
Tonight meal is a Goblin pie that I bought after all the talk on here about them, I am a Goblin virgin [that sound a bit oooeer missus] so hope it is OK
I intend popping it in the steamer along with the fresh veggies, one easy meal, one gas hob, and not much washing up, or dishwasher loading in my case :jGardener’s pest is chef’s escargot0 -

Never heard of one exploding ... always a good idea to read the destructions though.
You can microwave them these days - they used to be in metal tins.

Im going with the chilli today but will probably be joining you for chip butties on Friday...wondering whether to make it a real treat and go to the chippy rather than oven chips0
