oxben said:Hello,
I heard back today from DCB Legal, despite sending the email around the 21st December..We note from your response, you are seeking Debt Advice.
Please note, your file will remain on hold for 30 days from the date of this email after which point, the full balance will become due.
Failure to make this payment will result in Claim being issued against you.
As that takes me over 6 years (exactly 6 years today!) from when the PCN was issued does that mean that in 30 days they can't issue a claim against me? If they do, what would my next steps be?
Thanks!

Surely DCBL know how it all works. Let's all save up and send DCBL a calculator0
