Spent another £23.64 at L*dl yesterday, and £7.87 in I*eland- bringing total up to 180.51 out of £350.00. At least we are almost halfway through the month. Where did that fortnight go?
If anyone likes Linda M Mozzarella burgers, they're £1 a pack in I*eland, so we're well stocked with those.0 -
NSD #8 yesterday and SHOULD be #9 today... Meal plans done for the next 4 weeks over the weekend focussing still on using up the freezers and cupboards and minimal shopping. Family are more on board than I thought they would be!
Keep on keeping on and have a great week folks x0 -
Hello!
Total spent this weekend - £22.90. Early Saturday morning cycled through the snow and rain to newly discovered, much bigger L*dl. Done most of the shopping, prepared big dinner for myself and OH (OH visits from other city, make him buy wine and desserts for us)
This morning I am back on cycling to work, weather seems to be getting better so will not need to use TFL. :rotfl:
Total of £106.38 spend this months leaving me with £43.62 for next 2 weeks. :TGC May £0/£150

I spent £3.25 on a meal deal this morning and I've just spent £17.64 in Sa***bu*y$.
I'm not sure how (since I visited the shops on Saturday and spent £42)!! but (I hope) I now have everything I should need to last me until the weekend ..... Will be finalising my meal plan later.0 -
Hi all
I did my weekly shop yesterday, a small one for me, costing only £15.31.
This was mainly only for sandwich fillings and salad fillings.
My spend was kept rather small partly through careful planning and partly by accidentally arriving at Lidl 10 minutes before closing time. My goodness, the staff were pretty vehement about clearing that shop!!
In any case, things are looking good for my challenge this month!2025 goals
GC: April £100
Savings: save £6K (or move house)
Health: Lose 3 stone
Mind: read at least 24 books0 -

Dinner : baked potato, tinned spaghetti and cheese sauce (OH). Rice bowl (me).
Won't be a NSD tomorrow as OH needs milk as a minimum, he was hoping to get milk today but didn't get to the shop before it shut.
I'm really tempted to get some almond dream salted caramel ice cream for Valentine's. It's £4 for the tub (472ml) but it's a flavour I've not had since I went vegan, and that's a very long time!
No spend.
£64.02/£140
£75.98 left still.
I was the same then I made a trip out to Waitrose specially to try it...
TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!
