ok if you went to the COUNTY COURT , not the magistrates court sand you were found guilty , the cost would be about £175 per case , if you declined to pay within 28 days you would be issued with a CCJ , that may/might affect your ability to get credit.

because of the minimal figure PE would struggle to get this back (due to their costs) , this is not "bring in the baillifs"

after the publicity you have caused them , not only do I think that they will not do court , I also think PEs contract will be terminated shortly

the surgury spoke down to you , anf thought you would back off , alas its backfired and you have now publicly ridiculed them

back to the origional post , PE only use equita when they know they have made a B%%^S &Up and wont back down

the copy NTK will reviel a lot ,

Sonitbwould only cost me £30 more than they are charging me now? That is so stupid! I hope I hear from the manager at the surgery tomorrow. Least he can donis reply to my emails after all the stress this has caused me

expect silence from them , they have said from now on you need to instruct a solisitor ,

you have asked questions , they have repeatedly lied to you , hell PE even state that the "figure" is set by the NHS , opposite to the goverment report ,

sit back and await PRINTED NTK , then you can go foward in sorting both of them

given your vulnerabilities, you need to forget about putting out forest fires and be concentrating on what you are doing right now , which is stopping the match from being struck in the first place

all this talk about court is for another day far in the future, which will probably never happen , and you losing in court will perobably never happen either

the world may end tomorrow , or 5 years ago like the MAYANS predicted , but as we are still here armageddon didnt happen

so forget about all this "what might happen" and stick with making sure you kick up such a stink that it NEVER HAPPENS !!

PE using equita = bad case or fraudulant claim , PE take 30,000 people to court per year , usually wiithin a few mths of the incident , so why have they even after sending letter before claim back at 21st april 2016 not followed thru ?


possably because you have it , not only on the website saying "first ticket will be cancelled" , as well as the NHS staff telling you it was?

Yea it's weird. After threat letters they reduce the fine then put it back up when I don't pay it.

and according to Monpelliers website and the person that lies a lot , the first parking charge on the site will be cancelled as per * or was it the contact that EDNa showed? https://www.montpelierhealthcentre.co.uk/car-parking-camera/

no where on google maps do I see signage that says to register your VRN as per the official statement on the website "Failure to comply with the terms & conditions will result in a Parking Charge of £100. Please check the signage in the car parks for further information."

I fear you have ridiculed the health cenre (justifiably) and you will now recieve no replies from them

The health centre, and those responsible for taking on parking eye need more than ridiculing, are they aware of this thread?

If i was in the area or a patient at the centre, i would be tempted to print out the NHS guidance on parking and post it on any/every notice board, together with the parking prankster blog post to leave in the surgery amongst the magazines/reading material
