Out of all the emails I've sent the only one she has responded to is the on that I informed her of the effect this is having on my mental health and that I need my meds upping. mu actual doctor just rang me and had arrange a script and also will be writing a letter explaining that at the time of the fines and following after I was u well and the threats I'm receiving is detrimental to my Heath.

    ,Dear Cassie,

My manager is on annual leave today so I have passed your emails onto him for his return tomorrow.

If you are needing any changes to your medication, then you will need to make an appointment with your GP to discuss this as I am not a clinician and can’t make these changes. For a GP to adjust your medication, they will need to speak to you themselves and make the decision on weather it is safe to do so.

Please call our reception team on 0117 942 6811 and they will be happy to make you an appointment with a GP her at the practice.

    Kind regards,
    Sophia'

They don't do home visits at my surgery. It takes over two weeks to even get an appointment! And the average waiting time goes over atleast 15 mins. I HATE going to the doctors! Always stresses me out and I get annoyed with the rude reception staff. Luckily my last few appointments have been in the new building and it seems a lot faster in there:cool:

I always like to read the comments from (totally uneducated/bulls hit) readers. There's always a star comment. Here's the one for Cassie's case.
Parking Eye are a disgrace. They are well known for bullying and extortion, but I believe they have never won a court case. They should be closed down, and people like the NHS should never have anything to do with them.
    Yeah, right! :rotfl:
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Parking Eye told the Mirror fines are set by NHS trusts and it is the driver's responsibility to make sure they do not outstay the time limits.

are they? , fines are non aplicable on private parking , and I thought that the goverment report on NHS property said the exact opposite of the PE statement

    Yeah, right! :rotfl:

    And this one

'If you get anything through from 'Parking Eye', don't pay it! Their letters all look official and they make threats but they have about as much power as a goldfish. They cannot take you to court and they cannot hand out a CCJ. They will also never send out Bailiffs. The key problem being that all the stuff they threaten is 'Civil Proceedings' and they will need to prove that the actions of the accused have caused them or their client a Financial Loss. Which they can't. Parking Eye have never taken anyone to court and will eventually leave you be if you ignore them. My advice to Cassie is fight your case and don't pay them a penny. You are in the right and you should stick it to them. If this was a council ticket, you would have won the appeal with a common human mistake factored by your dyslexia. So why should these guys be any different?'

Seems a lot of people think if you ignore them
They will go away and that PE can't take people to court

wrong , Parking Eye issue about thirty thousand court claims per year and many people on here have been helped with their court cases , like ivor pecheque for one

google BARRY BEAVIS , he went to 3 different courts in less than 2 years , the last one being the SUPREME COURT in London , he lost 3 times , the decision was made around november the 5th 2015 by the Supreme Court

look at parking pranksters blogs where he has reported on PE cases (and others) over the last few years

but your case is totally different than the Beavis case , or the NEWQUAY case that ivor pecheque won (another member on here who parked at Fistral Beach , Newquay)

some of those people replying are ignorant and so foolish

If I went to court and lost and didn't pay what would happen? No matter what happens I WILL NOT be bullied into paying them a penny. Win or lose I will not pay them EVER
