I can vouch that PE can and do take Montpelier Health Centre claims to Court; we are scheduled to meet PE in Court in March over a claim for this site (albeit for the Doctors' and Blue Badge area, rather than the main visitors' car park).0 -

They can take me to court. Still won't get a penny out of me. I parked in the correct carpark and had permission to be there. Having parked in the car park for over 12 years with no issues there is no way I will hand my money over to a company that is harassing me for parking where I'm allowed! No way0 -

What does anyone gain by this? PE was so say put in place after the on street parking permits meant people were using the surgery carpark wished they weren't patient. PE was brought in to deter these people. I'm not one of them. So why can't the £&"" off and leave me alone0 -

I think the likelihood of PE starting court action after todays DM are very small , In fact if they did I think several people (possably inc the DM) would go out of their way to not only get the case won , but also put to rest any further cases on this car park , and cause severe , repeat severe complications on this land and any other NHS type site
stand fast , get the supposed "charge sheets" (ntk) and retaliate in joy
I would presume "edna"s caaes will be basec upon contacts , and he will update on the legality of this site in due corse
the health centre and PE may just have meat their matchSave a Rachael

op - you are doing very well. Look at your own #165:
I know it's quiet easy to use and that's how I found this forum. I was asking as someone might have had a personal email as emails on websites tend to be read by staff first then sorted through by priority!

Smart Parking were forced to climb down there. Will PE be 'noble' enough to do so here before we help Cassie sue the Clinic?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hopefully I hear back from PE and the surgery manager tomorrow. Will keep you posed. Thank you all so much for your help
I would have probably just got angry and kicked off at the surgery if it wasn't for this forum. It feels good to do things the right way, even though these people are stressing me out with their threats. This forum has help my mood a lot
