I'm going to email the form to them with my evidence. Doing things by email is a lot easier for me0 -
but you need the NTK copies posting to you / or emailing before progressing , if nessesatry ring in the morning , asking nicely for them as well as the email request PE , not equita!
information on charges is / are varied and different , let PE commit themselves then you have a equal playing field and can fight backSave a Rachael

mm, but the "charges" are mixed and jumbled with lots of false info
I think the first charge should have been cancellecd and the second is possibly fraudulent , let PE hang themselves , there are 2 x active Debt collection letters and a letter before action "" in force
letter before action dated 21 april 2016?Save a Rachael

Yes, as you say, I also notice that the LBC is dated April so it is ancient. Equita letters have been more recent so it seems PE are reluctant to try court in this case (or cannot). Probably to do with concerns about NHS Contracts they should not even have!
It doesn't seem jumbled to me - one PCN for overstay and one for wrong digits transposed = simple to attack, even if it turns out that's not the case. Both should never have been sent (regardless of the 'evidence' timings) because no data should have been obtained because PE should not even be operating in this NHS car park. So seeing the NTKs is irrelevant because who cares what they said?
And the partner's appointment should NEVER have been discussed with PE! Where exactly did the partner consent to that data being discussed by email by some clueless NHS employee who cares more about protecting the name of the PE employee than she does about the data of the patients. How bloody dare they do this to NHS patients, they deserve all that is coming to them. This case has angered me.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I know, I noticed that and the entire conduct of the Clinic is reprehensible. What is WRONG with these people that they think for one second that this sort of conduct is OK, from an agent for whom the CLINIC remain liable?
High time someone sued them so they realise they had no lawful excuse to sign that unsuitable (disallowed by the Dept for Health) contract.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My partner is angry that their details were passed on also as this has nothing to do with them as they didn't request the information.
Just to clarify again, the first ticket was simply for parking The carpark without entering my reg in the machine at all as I didn't know it existed at that time! That's the one I appealed..... the second is the so say over stay that I didn't know about for ages and when I did I assumed I must have made a typo as that was the only reason I could think of for a ticket seeing as I made sure I put my details in after the first ticket..... clearly I still got it wrong though and they still ticketed me for bloody overstaying instead0 -
If I had time I would handle this myself but I am busy at work - she can certainly contact the BMPA for assistance later on although it sounds like she has the ball rolling with the ICO complaint which (if the ICO agrees) will smoothly lead to Cassie and her partner suing for DPA data misuse flowing from negligence and abject failure to comply with the KADOE and the NHS Car parking Principles, which don't exist for fun and easily pre-date the contract.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
