cancelation of prevoius tickets has nothing to do with this case
The surgery manager explained that the car park is no longer the doctors but rather the councils who have hired parking Eye to man it.
interesting , did you get a date this happened?
I suspect something fishy with PEs contract , no contract , or contract on counsil land ?
PE would have had you in court by now , if something was not being hidden , to be reviled in court.
No I was not told about the change of car park owner and parked the first ticket and. Ever heard fromthem again until a few months later when I received letters regarding this one. I don't bought it was the same ticket at first and was disputing it till I was told it was a completely different one. After the first ticket I put my details into the machine every time I visit the doctor.
I am definitely not going to pay the fine and will take it to court if I have to after reading this thread0 -
See above suggestion.
It can't be a Council car park. Councils do not use ParkingEye and can't use ANPR. You may have to ask the Council! This sounds wrong.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

ask the lady nicely , when did the counsil take over on the site , and what dates (start/finish) did they have a contract with PE, also who owns (or indeed owned) the land at the time of this ticket ?
rattle her cage , and chuck the equality in , asking how she spells her name , and dates later this yr when she will be unable to attend court ,
also ring your counsil (or go in) try to find out who owns landSave a Rachael

I will be ring the manager in an hour and find out exactly who owns it and from when and get back to you. As far as I'm aware she definitely said it was owned my the council and that the mayor had introduced parking Eye as a way to make money. It has upset a lot of people in the area0

naught , naughty mayor , he could be back in his old day job soon
the woman is obviously not interested in assisting , and will be going thru the "fob off" stage , let it be known that you will NOT be fobbed offSave a Rachael

Yes but you need that email from her, as explained before. To send to PE.
The car park cannot be owned by the Council yet still with PE on site, she has it wrong. Also only PE keep the money from their 'fines' so it is not a way to make money, except for PE.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Parking Eye should say who they are acting on behalf of on the signage, I can't see how a piece of land suddenly changes ownership when the going gets tough for a surgery manager.0

The location of the car park is Montpelier Health centre in Bristol. I'm waiting on a call back from the manager. Seems I have been misled0
