Hi
Slightly OT but relevant.
Never mind catching out your other half.
Watch a film 'An Unfinished Affair.' ( 1996 file starring O'Connor) A man services a younger lady when his wife i ill. The ill wife recovers man ends affair. However, the serviced lady is determined to tell the mans wife. Sadly, many men will have it off with what they believe to be a lesser males wife, they will bed her, then drop hints to their husband.0 -

Does anyone else refer to having sex as 'servicing'?
And 'lesser male's wife'.
I don't look at anyone else who inhabits this country and consider them 'lesser people' than me.
What a strange concept.0 -
I may be reading this wrong but to me it sounds like they are insecure and have no independence on their own.
To be fair, most of the women I know in this situation actually just stay with their husbands faithfully ... and just moan. Then again, maybe it is because they are not managing to get an acceptable replacement interested in them.0 -
Incredible but true.
A minute ago watched the ending of tonight's Emmerdale and the the man lives with Paddy's ex (not sure his name or his OH's) the bloke searched his partners handbag and looked at a message on her phone after her night out with the girls. However, this guy is a nutter and will get the wrong end of the stick. IE, to catch a cheat you need more than one suspicious text, call or getting calls and hanging up.
We were talking about cheats at work, all said their never would but a few said "you never know until it happens."0 -

You know films and emmerdale are fiction right? But thanks for sharing.
I trust my partner. She often asks me to read her texts to her when she's driving. And she knows my passcode and does the same. But I would never dream of just going through her phone or handbag for checking. And I trust her much more than your opinion and stats.0 -
Hand on heart, i have never cheated and i never would. Having been on the receiving end i could NEVER put anyone through what i went through. One thing i will say about myself is i am fiercly loyal (even if that has been to my detriment in previous relationships). Right now, i have everything i ever wanted. Why on earth would i ever throw that away? Nobody is worth that. I have met the one and nobody will ever match him. And drunkeness is no excuse for that kind of behaviour. I have been blind drunk many times and never even contemplated cheating. If someone chatted me up, i'd be straight and tell them i'm not interested in the slightest. Hell i'd even turn down a celebrity crush if i had the chance! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I hate to burst your bubble, OP, but Emmerdale is a fictional TV programme.0 -
