I got an email back from the BBC and they are doing an interview on the Simon Mayo show about this. They want to speak to someone who has been affected, unfortunately I am hard of hearing so dont use the phone but if anyone is interested in doing this interview with the reporter i can let you have her phone number or you can email her your number. Interview is at 2.20 so you have to be quick.

I used the 25 off code and have had the same problems as everyone else i did ring when i had the first statement and the lady on the phone told me that if the product had not been used she would send a courier to collect the item which they did and they would just credit me the 10 pound that i had paid to make up the amount of the product.
Today i have recieved another statement saying that i still owe 25 pound even though it states the item has been returned and a 12 pound admin charge after a very long phone call with someone that has no idea what has gone wrong i have to wait for someone to ring me back.

Been into the studio and said my bit this morning - hope I did you all justice! It will be aired between 12 and 1 tomorrow (interviewer said it will most likely be the lead story!!!) on Radio 4's "You and Yours" programme. Hope you all tune in!

You will have to watch your credit rating. If you are slow or late at paying, Littlewoods will pass an adverse credit report to credit agencies - which could cause all sorts of subsequent problems for people.

It happened to me, I bought goods, paid in full in advance by cheque, which they cashed.

Three months later I was being chased for non-payment. It took a lot to prove that I had paid, involving bank statements, and they finally agreed that I had paid before the goods were despatched.

However - my credit rating was adversely impacted.

I would not use them again if you paid me (even in coupons!)
