Just recieved this reply though there e-mail service
Thank you for your email about the recent charge on your account.
I am sorry but our records show you were not eligible for the promotional discount applied to your order. Terms and conditions apply as listed below:
2.3 Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer ("a Code") against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the Code has been issued to you personally, that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the Code. In the event that the Code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted not withstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive.
This decision is final and will not be changed under any circumstances.
Kind regards

more threats it seams.
Well it isn't final because people are having the illegal charge refunded. And they cannot choose to treat one customer differently to another as a precedent has been set.0 -

Were the items from nearly 3 months ago? And were they worn/used/unboxed?
Cos the item i bought i gave to my 5 year old DD on the 21st sept which according to the statement they sent me was 2 days after the voucher was cancelled:rolleyes: It had stayed in the box until then.
There is more chance of me sending my DD present back (unboxed and played with) than of me paying them the £25.0 -
has anyone consulted martin about this?:money: <<<< MY HERO!0

Can I check we are being give the same reason for the code being cancelled.
I used the code Zq310 and it was cancelled because it was created for a small group of customers to thank them for their patience during a recent account migration programme.
Anyone got a different excuse?0 -

I had the same reason with regards to the code on the letter.
It was revealed on the phone that it was for an account migration of Kays customers
Could be useful to someone.
Like Amelia's mummy I then had a different reason given. Can't remember exactly why as he then called me a Code Abuser. Something I was not happy at.August Make £10 per day £0/£310Credit Card Debt Paid Off £42/2952.680 -

I called this morning and closed my account with them anyway - I used my cc for the purchases, but had opened an account anyway (just to see if my credit score would stand up to it) so I closed the thing today. They asked why and I simply said that I didn't think I could trust myself not to spend what I didn't have.
So unless they try to take money off my cc...in truth if they do, it was only the £10 off code I used anyway.
Depends which way the wind is blowing when (if) they ask for it.........It aint over til I've done singing....0 -
The reply I had .
Thank you for contacting Littlewoods about your recent orders and balance enquiry.
We are sorry but the items you have ordered cannot be reduced.
Unfortunately, your order does not meet the criteria for the promotion code you quoted, so I cannot refund you the value of the codes used.
We are sorry for any disappointment this causes you.
All orders are subject to terms and conditions being met.
Please accept our apologies once again. We look forward to you visiting wwwlittlewoods.com again soon.
