Why doesn't the op post that video?
Anything of a sensitive nature they could easily blur out.0 -
Exactly. There's believers in this world and non-believers, so I'm unsubscribing. You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.

I did take photos of my wife, and I did actually go back into store and filmed for 12 minutes. This was because they claimed that they never left restocking equipment unattended. During my 12 minute video you can see three large stacks of crates over 6ft high, a ladder and two wheel based stocking units, all left unattended for the entirety of the video. Even after I presented this they fobbed me off.
I assume you had their permission to film in their store ???0 -
Hello All,
An update. The review has now been removed. M&S refused to accept any liability or responsibility for the review but it has now gone. Read into that what you will.
Anyhow, to the posters who provided constructive comments and feedback, thank you. I really appreciate it. There are always a few posters who want to knock somebody but the vast majority have been very helpful both here and on PM. Thanks0 -

The reviewer may have been threatened with disciplinary action if he didn't remove the review or may simply have been politely asked to remove it as they didn't want to enter into further correspondence with you. From your accounts of how M & S have behaved, I would suspect the latter is nearer to what actually happened. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
Bang on Glentoran99. A company can't simply wipe their hands of an issue because the victim went straight to A&E. Nonsense.
Anyhow, wife is fine now thanks. All we originally wanted was an apology and a guarantee they'd look at their procedures for restocking shelves. Now I want an apology and retraction. Nothing to do with money, if they offered any I'd reject it. Every penny I have has been earned and always will be!
But you didn't go straight to A&E, you said yourelf you dragged the manager outside. It would have been far better to have got help where the accident occured. Unfortunately once outside there is no proof of anything without CCTV or witnesses.
As for the Facebook comment I would get legal advice on that if I were you. Glad your wife is ok now. It's nothing , not nothink.0 -
