You seem to be both asking a question and making an assumption.
I prefer to look at the m & s employee.
You prefer to try to make tenuous accusations.
Let's try to assist the op
Still no evidence? Or still digging around for dirt on potentially innocent strangers?
Without proof of what you assert, one can only assume you're lying. You're not helping the OP one bit by making spurious allegations.0 -

Hello All,
First post. So very angry and lurked here for a while so thought I'd post.
A few months ago my wife fell over some warehouse racking which was on the shopfloor of an M&S store, injuring herself and requiring stitches. I complained (and pointed out straight away that we were NOT after any payout, but an apology and a promise that the shop floor would be better managed). Anyhow, they fobbed us off, pretty much said it never occurred and that was it. I was furious but there wasn't anything else I could do so I left it. Sucks, but that's life I suppose.
Anyhow, a couple of days ago the business I run received a poor review on it's Facebook page. That was surprising because the page only has a couple of likes and is barely used so I took a look at the profile of the person who left the review and I was stunned to find that their job title was HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGER, MARKS & SPENCER! I checked their details with my customer database and I've never served or had any dealings them so clearly it's in retaliation to my complaint.
I'm furious, it feels like M&S are trying to punish me for making a complaint! I contacted them this week and they washed their hands of it straight away, saying it has nothing to do with them. I feel so angry, yet again they are walking all over us but I don't know what I can do.
Any advice?
M&S receive many complaints, many many, any manager would be used to them would deal with it and forget abt it, why would they have a vendetta against you? There has been high profile complaints against the company that have made the papers why would your complaint arouse such wrath? I also fail to understand why you left the store when your wife had the accident? There are trained 1st aiders who would have dealt with your wife and if necessary rang for an ambulance.0 -
There are no doubts. The incident happened
How do you know? Were you the wife? The video wasn't of the accident, it was of a separate visit where items of the restocking equipment were left unattended for a period of time much in excess of what they claimed would ever take place.
Wife had stitches and was cleaned up at A&E.
So you filmed the offending equipment but not your wife's injury for further evidence? I don't understand. You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.

Getting your phone out and filming isn't the usual reaction when someone you're with has been injured. you sort out the injury - as they did.
In post #36 the OP explains why they subsequently made a video - they felt M&S were inaccurate in their response.0 -
Thanks Thumbremote.
Anyhow, I think this is going a little off topic. I'm not looking for feedback on the accident and I'm honestly not worried if anybody doesn't think it happened, or if we should have done something differently.
I haven't published the guys details or photos here because I think that would not be appropriate.
Anyhow, I'll continue to give them time to come back to me with a proper response and then go down the Social Media route after that.
Again, I appreciate all of the comments, especially those with some constructive comments. These boards are a great resource for many people. Long may it continue.0 -

What are you hoping to achieve by doing this ?0 -
