Primary school.
We weren't a couple back then though and if anyone had suggested it we would both have laughed at them. We hung around with the same group of friends throughout school but then everyone went their separate ways. It wasn't until several years later, we both finished university, and ended up back in the same town (with our parents) that we started going out.
16 years later and we're still happily together.0 -
At a music festival. My friend started talking to her friend and then our 'groups' hung out for most of the festival. We were friends for around 6 months and then ended up getting together. That was 10 years ago.
My friend was actually in a relationship with her friend first and they lasted about 3 years. It's fair to say had they not got together first I wouldn't have ended up with my girlfriend so I'm thankful for their relationship.0 -
Went to visit a relative in a town a few hours away, went to a pub and saw him, then he was in the same nightclub.
He was out with friends as he was on a course near his home town.
Two weeks later he came to visit. The week after he moved in! He was already due to move to the town I worked in, so it just happened naturally. That was 20 years ago.
As per many others, neither of us was looking for a relationship.0 -

I met him at work many years ago.
I used to ride a 2/stroke Raleigh Wisp moped into work, which kept breaking down.
He was the only one who could fix it, and I thought he was a keeper!
He's been fixing things ever since!0 -

It was a crisp morning covered with a clear bue sky as I finally arrived at the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, and there before me was a vision of beauty that made my heart skip a beat....
My bad, that was from a Wilbur Smith novel.
In the local pub.I don't like morning people. Or mornings. Or people.0
