Good suggestion Cranky, he would probably enjoy Playmobil as well.

Beanie, we are going to try not to stress about it. He seems to enjoy taking the things apart more than building them. 😂 He has adapted the figure that has missing bricks so he can still play with it and seems happy enough so I’ll skip ordering the new bricks for now.DS had a really unsettled night last night, DH was up twice with him and I was up once. Hoping he will sleep better tonight. I think he was overtired and still not totally over his bug.
Sold a small item on v!nted so sent it today on my way to work. Need to bundle some things up that have been on for a while, if they still don’t sell I will add them to the next charity bag. Also need to add some more things as have had a clear out of DS’s t-shirts.Have found that age 6-7 ones are a better fit now and he will need new joggers soon as the age 5 ones he has are getting a bit short. Will also need to look at buying him new trainers soon. 😖
We’re going out for lunch with my mum and the kids tomorrow so that will be an experience. DS is really excited about it! 😂Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Wow you have done amazingly well with your surveys/cashback amounts. I should really start up doing this again, I used to do quite well years ago.
Hope you have a lovely lunch out.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1 -
Thanks Beanie & SA, lunch was good and the kids were really well behaved for a change. They were thrilled to get some lemonade as they don’t normally have anything fizzy. 🤣
Unfortunately walking home was a bit of a nightmare (only 10 mins) as DD was tired and screamed the whole way. Me & my mum had to drag her up the giant hill. DH & DS escaped by going a shortcut and ditching us!
My mum then wasn’t feeling well and went home. Turns out she has covid so now we’re testing for the next few days. Negative so far so keeping fingers crossed.
I bundled up a few things that have been on v!nted for ages so will see if they sell now. Also reduced some prices and added some other things. Have made another sale today so will get it sent tomorrow.
Cashed £10 out on PA so will pay it off the smaller CC balance as the 0% runs out in 8 months and want to overpay it as much as possible.I’m about £1.25 off cashing out on OP so that will go off the CC too.Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. We signed up to a fresh fruit & veg delivery from a local market and got our first delivery today.
It had quite a good variety, we got carrots, onions, garlic, peppers, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, a courgette, broccoli, an aubergine, a cabbage (savoy I think), rhubarb, blackberries, apples, bananas, oranges & plums.
It’s pricey at £19.99 a week so I have already changed it to fortnightly and we’ll see how we get on with it. We like that it’s local and seasonal but we do have to watch the pennies like everyone else.Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Fingers crossed you didn't get it and I hope your mum is better!
That box sounds like good value if you use everything in it, I don't think you would get all that much cheaper in a supermarket.01.12.2020 - CC £16,839 / Loan £18,820 / EF £0
