Morning everyone, sorry for going MIA, but the whole house move has really taken it's toll on me. However that being said, I've been on it this week despite the impending arrival of star week. Think I might withdraw from the challenge and pick it up properly with the next one - at the moment I'm just taking each meal at a time.

    Today looks like :

    B - Porridge (HEA & 3/4 HEA), blueberries, pear
L - Chicken tikka salad, red slaw, ff yogurt
D - Chilli con carne, rice, salad
    S - chocolate quark (2.5 syns), clementine, 5 mikado (2.5 syns)

Hope you all have a great day!

Thank you for everyone being so supportive. I really appreciate it because I'm really struggling at the moment.

Today's plan for me really isn't much of a plan

Dinner - Had planned salmon. It can be cooked from frozen so I can decide later.
    HA - milk?
HB - going to shove some Alpen light bars in my bag
    Zebras rock
  • Thanks Kathryn. Sorry you are struggling, hugs to you xx
