Well I managed to resist the comfort eating, and have lost 7 lb

Not totally sure that it is something to be happy about though, as I don't think it's deserved, and with the stuff they are checking me out for at the hospital unexplained weight loss aint good.

I might deserve the weight loss though because I haven't eaten much, although I also haven't done much. Slept most of Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Bit confused how I feel about such a big loss.

    Hi Kathryna

Thanks for checking the tiramisu for me, it was lovely, and worth every syn. :D

That's a great weightloss so don't worry about whether you deserve it or not, it's the result of not eating normally and maybe connected to the anaemia but just take it for what it is.

You're obviously worried but try not to, (easier said than done, I know). It's quite likely to be something straightforward that can be easily sorted out.

    Sending positive vibes your way.

Weigh in this week and its minus 0.5 which is great - third week - third loss - now if I can lose 3.5 pounds next week (then that will be my stone back again) (where did it go?) :rotfl:

I hope everyone is well. Off to meal plan and catch up with other posts
  • Morning all,

Still trying my best here. Last night was quorn sausages, baked potato, onion gravy and peas. Really satisfying and only a few syns for the sausages (1 each) and the gravy (3).

Today will be fruit for breakfast, tomato soup with heB bread for lunch and I'll have to be creative for dinner because the shopping is being delivered but not til 8pm. I'll have to explore the freezer, otherwise maybe another baked potato. Ooh just remembered I have two big mushrooms in the fridge and some feta. I'll create some sort of stuffed mushroom thing. Sorted!

    Good luck today everyonex

Ps thanks Shala for doing the chart, it's good to see my name on there in black and white, keeps me focused.

Well done Flat Eric. Every half pound counts, and it all adds up.

Todays plan, not that I will keep to it, because I'm struggling to eat owt:
    Breakfast - overnight oats
Lunch - Salasd and SW Quiche
    Dinner - Speedy chilli
Snacks - banana, apple, orange, yogurt (need to eat the fruit, because it's the same fruit that I have planned to eat all week, and the banana especially is starting to look past its best)

    HA - milk
    HB - oats

Thanks, I hope so too. No idea when I will get results, but really hope I don't have to wait too long, because worrying is doing me no good, although it does seem to be good for the weight loss.

  • Thanks Lantanna,

I didn't know about Linda McCartney sausages. I will track them down. I'm not keen on her 'normal' ones but red onion sounds lovely. Def worth a try.

Look after yourself Kathryn, stress and worry can make weight drop off so quickly x
