Doesn't seem to be much "real" food in there!

Tweets, why not set yourself a challenge to recreate for as few syns as possible? I bet you can beat that 15. Maybe try white beans and tinned toms with garlic powder and sweetener and herbs, low syn sausages skinned and rolled into balls. Hex for your cheese. Green veg for speed.

Joedenise - thanks for the info on the oil not being a hex, v helpful. I'm going to have to rethink then as I rarely eat grains, and I'm not a fan of cooked fruit.

Oil used to be a hexb so why not count it as one and see how you get on. If it affects your results you can rethink.

I only had those meals in because I enjoyed them but only had one now and again was before Christmas since I ate last one.

I am going to look for those new sausages next time I venture to my Asda

Not normally online at this time, but I have weigh in in 1 1/2hours and all I want to do is comfort eat, so I am on here o keep me away from the kitchen.
Not a great time at the hospital. Had a scan, and the scanner didn't tell me owt, but when he adds in an extra scan whilst you are there, you know he must have seen something he needed a closer look at. Terrified, but the last thing I need tonight is a weight gain to make me feel even more rubbish :(

    Todays plan for me:
    Breakfast - overnight oats
Lunch - salad and SW quiche
Dinner - HM meatballs and pasta in speedy sauce
Snacks - apple orange, banana, yogurt

    HA - milk
    HB - oats

At the hospital this afternoon for tests to hopefully find the cause of my anaemia. Really scared, but weirdly instead of doing my normal comfort eating, I am really off my food. Most of the lovely stuff I've been making ends up in the bin, and only really eating enough to be able to take medication.
Weigh in tonight and no idea how it will go. Not eaten much, but not burnt much off either. Sleeping so much and no energy :(

Hi Katherinha, I have been the same, suddenly I had anemia, something that I have never had before. I am on a three months course of iron tablets.
Mine, maybe through having diabetes I don't know, also, I have been taking an aspirin maybe that was making my stomach bleed At my last blood check for diabetes it showed that I must have been bleeding from somewhere. So my doctor took me off the aspirin and said if the blood count doesn't, improve I would have to go to hospital. It had started to go back up thank goodness I now just have another month to go.
I hope you are ok and the blood goes back to normal let me know how you get on. I shall be thinking about you.:)
