Hugs to you Lush, I know feeling a bit like that only too well.

Come here any time at all for a natter about anything weight or non weight related. That's what I like so much about this thread its not always strictly about SW.

There are always lots of people, some doing really well and some struggling and some just plodding along. Fast route or the scenic route or the roundabout route ( that's me) we will all get there in the end.

I thought they might be aiming for the holy grail of having a super loser in their class that will hit the media and have a spread in the magazine and national press.'i lost 10 stone in a year and couldnt have done it without my consultant Ali...'

any tips on how to make quark more edible? My partner made low syn oreo cheesecake with oreo base, quark, choc shot and sweetner and the overwhelming taste was the sharp quark. Not nice 😕

You really need quite a bit of sweetner to make quark sweet. However after using it for some time now I find I can eat it without any sweetner and don't find it too sharp.

Back later after I've finished reading the rest of the posts with my plan for today.

I've heard maybe Holland and Barrett, they have it online so worth a try.

Sorry you're not in a good place lush. Sometimes people do the plan as best they can so that at least they don't gain. Why not just do your best until you get your mojo back? I'm sure you won't be able to stop yourself eating Speed;) and you know it's good for littlie. Do keep posting to keep in touch even if it's just to rant.:A
