I really want to try porky lights, but every time they come in Budgens they sell out super quick :( For the moment I'll contend myself with the Heck chicken italia sausages, love em.

Back online after a weekend off from technology. Some brilliant losses.

Not had a great weekend. Not felt great, and therefore not eaten much, and what I have eaten hasn't all been the best

Still feeling naff, and having to force food down me a bit

    Breakfast - overnight oats
Lunch - salad with cottage cheese dressing and sw quiche
Dinner - steak and squash mash with veg
    Snacks - apple, orange banana

    HA - milk
    HB - oats

Really not sure if I will eat all that. Breakfast took 2 hours to eat.

Hospital appointment tomorrow, to hopefully get to the bottom of what's causing my anaemia and making me feel so naff :(

Nope I don't like them either! I found them a bit tasteless and they are expensive too

Think I will stick to asda low fat ones, they aren't too bad. Must try the BGTY ones as well at some point as I quite like the burgers

:TThat's a great loss wiz and lois and WJN I'm pleased with your losses too. When I eat out I either gain or STS if I'm lucky.

So sorry to hear about your granddad rj. We'll be here when you're ready to start the plan again. :)

I'm feeling quite fat today. I probably say something similar every Monday after a high syn weekend:o. It's almost a relief to get back to 'normal'. I'm going to be 100% on plan today and tomorrow, next meal out is Wednesday evening.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB bread, kippers (1.5), HEA milk for drinks
L: cold meat, fried LO veg and pickles
D: chilli salmon (0.5), SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, green stuff (sugar snaps, broccoli, peas)
    Syns: fish 2

LL you should be pleased with a pound loss after eating out 3 times - I would be. I'm pleased if I actually manage a lb! as usually only 0.5 at a time for me.

    Today's plan:

B - mixed frozen fruit & greek yoghurt
    L - LO chicken & veg soup
D - sweet & sour chicken; noodles - 1 syn for tsp of cornflour to thicken sauce
    S - toast, butter (4), Marmite

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - butter 4; cornflour 1

    Denise

Its as well you don't have my consultant or she would tell you you musnt be food optimising because if you were you would have more than that off. Your the perfect example of how small consistent losses can get you to target. Wish I could bring you on Saturday as an example lol :rotfl:
  • Hi Shala,

    Lost 2 lbs [/

I thought I might have managed more but it's still good to see a different number on the scales. Onwards...
