Am I the only person in the world to really not like the porky lights?
Not a fan at all.
I've never tried them but was thinking about it to find out what it's all about. I'm happy with my Sainsbury's BGTY Cumberland but as I only eat sausages about once a fortnight max I'm not worrying about it.
Sorry that Jamaica wasn't all you'd hoped denise. My only trip so far to the Caribbean was a fly cruise and I'd recommend that. It was sail through the night and visit a different island every day. A very few larger islands we went on organised tours others we just had a taxi or, on the smaller islands, just walked around. I did this before SW but I suppose you could stay on plan with careful choices but you'd need enormous willpower.;)
You're doing ever so well staying alcohol free lois. Hope you get a good result on the scales.:) It's possibly a bit of 'cold turkey' headache but might be dehydration so make sure you're having lots of other drinks especially water.0 -

Been off the site for a while but I'm still in target zone. Got up to 1/2lb over target weight (so still within the range) and last weigh-in I think I lost 1lb, so now 1/2lb under target weight. Hoping to have lost another 1lb as I like to be 2lb under target to give me a bit of leeway.
My HM training is beginning to pick up and I do my long slow runs on a Sunday. Last week was 6.2 miles (10K), which I've done a number of times before but usually only as races. Today 7 miles, which is the furthest I've ever run. Only stopped to walk about 4/5 times I think, which is pretty good (and most of them were after the 4mile mark, which is when I start to feel fatigued and the uphills become much more of a battle)0
