Enjoy your fish & chips Tete and the choccy bar.
Thank you! The fish and chips certainly hit the spot but I found I didn't even really want the chocolate (still ate it all obvs :wall:) so I think something is shifting in my psyche.
Today has been totally off plan with birthday cake at parkrun earlier and a bagel with Nutella for lunch (Diet cola chicken for tea though...).
I went to a Spanish workshop this afternoon and the host had made tortilla but in muffin tins - I thought it was a really good idea, as the only thing that puts me off trying tortilla again is that I seem to remember it being a bit of a faff having to fry one side then grill the top, and my potatoes weren't cooked. I'm thinking that a SW version (extra onion and peppers) in muffin tins might be doable though and could make an alternative to baked oats for breakfast, saving on a HEB.
I'm not listening to the football, I dread to think what's happening, we've got Accrington Stanley (who are they?) in the cup so the stage is set for a giant killing.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Well cleaning the car obviously did the trick as I lost 3lbs this week ....so it a very happy bunny!
(Maisie's drinking app certainly helped as well)
Going out tonight to friends but she's cooking all SW meals so there will be wine drinking but I can cope with that.
Have a good Saturday folks!0 -
Well I got wet through today in town doing my shopping it made me feel so miserable my menu was fine until I got home ,, then I ate a custard tart, I really shouldn't with having diabetes, but now and then I relent and have something I'm not supposed to.Anyway, I spoiled my day.Hope tomorrow 's menu is better...

Is that really all you've eaten in a day? I'd be starving!
Have you had your HEA/HEB? These should be had every day.
With SW you won't lose weight by not eating!

Well done, summerlady, gts and Zeni.
Glad you’re beginning to pick up, maman, although that result today may have set you back!
I’ve had a few deliveries fro Muscle Foods, Jude123, and they have been good value – and tasty. I’d get them more often but my freezer is not that big and I tend to fill it with hm “ready meals”. I got a 4kg Gressingham turkey for £10 at Christmas.
Oh, TG, the reds are a wee bit off colour at the moment!
Safely negotiated your tie after all, Tete.

Glad we'd secured a place at Wembley before today's fiasco.:(
tete , you can be confident of tortillas if you use tinned potatoes. They're excellent for tortillas or frittata and very mse :money:0 -
Evening all
It's so hard keeping up with this thread! I'm not great at posting but I do read every post and it really helps to keep me motivated. Some great losses coming in the past few days. Well done everyone :j I had been having a really good week but I attacked the left over Christmas cake tonight  Haven't a clue how many syns were in it but definitely a lot! WI in the morning so couldn't have happened at a worse time in the week. Fingers crossed that it won't have had too much of an impact since I was well behaved for the rest of the week.

Total lost 1st 3.5lbs :j Week 40 -
Urgh I sympathise with all those who've had a rough time in the footie today- Wasps got thumped 52-5 and my pride at my sponsored player coming on as a sub vanished when he was taken off with what I gather was a nasty injury- worried sick about him so I've been like a bear with a sore head all night and it's taken restraint that I didn't know I had not to shove vast amounts of shortbread into my face
I'm going away tomorrow so that's going to be really difficult- not so much tomorrow as I'm going quite late but Monday and Tuesday- I'm travelling first class on Monday so I get fed! Looked at the menu and am going for the full English I think and I will just syn the oil. There's a group about 10 mins from my hotel so I'll jump in a cab Monday night and go and weigh. Monday is my usual WI so it will keep me on track. I honestly don't know what's got into me :rotfl: I'm incredibly focused!
Today's menu:
B: HEXB Oats so Simple Big Bowl Porridge, fresh raspberries, Activia 0.0% peach yoghurt, decaf tea with HEXA s/s
L: Naked Noodle Hoisin Duck (3.5 syns) 2 HiFi Light Bars (6)
T: Asda Slimzone Chicken Tikka Masala, peppers, green beans, carrots, cauli, broccoli. Light and free yoghurt.
S: 4 Crackerbreads with ham and smoked salmon (4) Tuna Light Lunch (1) Satsuma and peach, decaf tea with HEXA S/S
Syns: 14.5
