Evening all,
Congrats on all the losses - there's some impressive figures around!
I cooked some of the SW Chicken Supreme this evening and it was ok (I'm not much of a cook but can bake ... hence needing to lose weight!). I have some left so that can be dinner tomorrow evening
L Pasta Salad with turkey breast, apple
D Chicken Supreme with carrot and swede mash and some green beans
S Alpen Light (B),
HEX A milk for tea.0 -
Hi everyone
I'm not posting much because I'm not being at all SW friendly - eating more for comfort lately than for health - and so not surprised to have gained this week. My pulled tooth is still bothering me so I'm on the soft food until the pain subsides a little. So I've lived mainly off porridge shreddies soups bananas and mash this past week
Incidentally I tried the porky lights this week and wasn't that impressed. I feel like it's just me though as everyone else on the internet seems to love them! The fibre one bars are yummy too but at about £3 for a box I think I'll just buy them when they are on offer.
Hopefully I'll be back to posting again soon but in meantime I'm still lurking and reading
Love to all

Hi all
2lbs off for me this week please Shala
The facebook frenzy about porky lights has been hysterical - good grief it's only sausages not an instant weight loss supplement. Some people seeem to have gone mad on it. Great for the company making them lol.
Menu today:
Breakfast: wholemeal toast (HeB), peanut butter (1syns) and DG coffee (2 syns)
lunch: ham and mullerlight
dinner: hunters chicken (HeA), actifry chips, peas, sweetcorn, carrots, brocolli and peppers
snack: yoghurt ML
I had planned more for lunch but had to collect DS from school so didnt get a chance to eat the aloo ghobi which was my speed!!!
Have some syns to use but not sure what I fancy - if anything lol.0 -
Congratulations losers:T:T
Welcome to the thread Jude
Hope you're ok Arkers and candyapple :grouphug:
Did you want to change your challenge target Halyaluru? You've smashed the one you set! :T:Tabouttimetoo wrote: »Oops me again
There are some days when I don't have a HEA but do have a shop bought latte which is 8.5 syns. I know that HEX's tend to be 6 syns. Do you think when I get a latte I could consider it as my HEA plus 2.5 syns?
Do you think that would be ok?
I've seen people do this - as long as it's not affecting your weight loss then you should be ok, if it starts affecting it then it may be best to re evaluate.Havent managed to get the sqaffles either.
Wouldn't waste your money on them Beanie, ours shrank down to nothing when we cooked them. Luckily we were cooking some other BNS too..There must be less bulk buyers in Northern Ireland as getting Porky Lights, Fibre One and the Sainsburys Carb alternatives is no problem at all.
Just need to get Heck to supply us with the chicken sausages : (
Shame they're not post-able we could do a sausage swap! :rotfl::rotfl:
Added you to the challenge moneysaverme and chocolate teddy!

Hi all
Am I the only one who can't see what the fuss is about with Porky Lights?! I love my Heck sausages as I eat very little red meat and I'm happier with the Heck. The big thing in my group is Oreo Thins. I'm going to try and remember to get some when I go shopping Saturday. Not bothered about Fibre One bars either as I've got loads of HiFi and Alpen Light bars.
Today's menu:
Brunch: (got up too late to have breakfast, wasn't being lazy I was just so stiff and in pain I couldn't get up until it eased!) SW 'Heinz Tomato Soup' (Carrots, beans, veg stock, pickled onions, tomatoes) 3 Crackerbreads (3 syns) 2 satsumas, cup of decaf coffee with HEXA s/s
Snack: 2 doughnut peaches and a bottle of water (got the peaches from the market and they're beautiful, so sweet)
Tea: Salmon stir-fry, HEXB 2 x HiFi Light bars, cup of decaf tea with HEXA s/s
Supper: Curly Wurly (6 syns) peach Activia 0.0%, bag of Wotsits (4.5) southern fried turkey slices (1.5) cup of decaf tea with HEXA s/s
Syns: 15
