Thanks moneysaverme, that is indeed the one I have. Hoping it's good as it was half the price of the quorn one, and I have 2 packs in the freezer! Going to add some fajita style spices to it and will report back.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
Hi Everyone,
Had some possible life altering news last week which I'm still in the process of digesting. I've managed to continue with the healthy eating and I have lost a further 2lbs, and I'm not at the bottom range of my target.
For those of you at target, is it just me or does anyone else find the balancing act tricky. I don't really want to lose anymore, but I'm a bit scared to allow myself free reign. I've always had a problem with the stop button. Hey ho not a bad place to be!

Hi,
Tomorrow I will aim for
B - porridge with coconut milk hex A&B with honey 2 syns
L - lentil soup (free)
D - stuffed peppers with feta or mozzarella (hex A) with sweet chilli sauce 3 syns
And probably a bag of wotsits as I'm a crisp fiend (4.5 syns)
So 5 syns at least if I can avoid the crisps. We shall see...
My dinner tonight of leftover veggie sausage balsamic creation was delish. Don't feel deprived at all. Recipe was peppers, onion, sliced potatoes roasted in balsamic glaze, then I added quorn veggie sausages sliced lengthways, cherry tomatoes and a bit more balsamic and roasted til done. Really tasty if anyone is interested. I used the chilled quorn chefs best sausages as they had been on offer.Weight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -
Hi all
Shala -1lb please
Not sure where the time has gone to be honest; I realised I've not posted since before the weekend.
My fridge has broken so I'm trying to use up the contents of the freezer before I have to defrost it ready to be replaced at the weekend (luckily the freezer still works) which isn't as bad as I thought it would be; SW fish pie for dinner this evening and frozen fruit for breakfast tomorrow.
Congrats to all the losers out there...off back now to catch up.0 -

Congratulations!
-0.5lbs for me Shala I had an excellent week with only one small naughtiness when some travel plans went awry and I grabbed a B00ts shapers wrap. It was a STS for me last week too and I had been positively angelic
Thanks Shala my dinner was fab, I nearly cried when I finished it :rotfl:I dry fried the LO gammon along with some mushrooms and red onion and then threw that and the hasslebacks into the salad and then poured the remainder of the honey from the gammon into all that, was bloomin yummy
It was the Ald1 gammon joint with honey, 2.5 syns for the whole thing, most of which had been eaten the day before (not all by me I hasten to add) and then I just used the LO's, must have that meal more often!
