Morning,
Could anyone help me with a hex question... I was planning Quaker Oats so simple porridge sachet for breakfast but can't seem to work out if it can be a hex. According to the website they are sinned apart from the multigrain option. I'm sure I've seen others on here having this so I'm hoping someone can help.
Thanks so much xWeight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -

The quantities aren't right, not enough, I believe.
Some people have it anyway and reason that if they had the correct amount, but got full and left a couple of spoonfuls, they'd still count it as their HEXB. Up to you, really.0 -
I am amazed at some of the losses on her. Well done everyone.
Today I am back to work and back to normal
Breakfast - overnight oats
Lunch - Salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, radish, beetroot, watercress, pea shoots and FF cottage cheese dressing) and SW quiche (asparagus, tomato, mushroom and egg)
Dinner - Bacon, egg, tomatoes and mushrooms
Snacks - apple, banana, melon, yogurt
HA - milk
HB - oats
Weigh in tonight, so fingers crossed it isn't too bad and the walking at the weekend cancelled out some of the syns.Zebras rock0 -
Determined to have my second consecutive on plan day in a wee while
B - Fried egg sandwich and a bowl of mushrooms (HEXB)
D - Leftover bolognese pasta, 1/4 of a melon and an apple. Maybe two apples if I feel like treating myself.
T - Stirfry. Top Bloke making an SW friendly one - chicken, prawns, peppers, mushroom, spring onion, grated carrot and blue dragon microwave rice.
HEXA - Milk in tea
Only managed three syns yesterday (ketchup and a highlights hot chocolate), however, considering Saturday, I don't think a syn light week would be the worst thing. Going to face WI on Monday and see how I've done.
Planned syns for today are a highlights and some sunbites salted popcorn, which is a total of 4.5 syns.
Well done SOTW and losers, hang in there my fellow late restarters!0 -
Hi I am a bit of a lurker and doing SW at home as I can't get to a group.
Can anyone tell me how many syns are in Grahams Vanilla Quark? I am doing an EESP day so had some with my soaked oats and fruit for brekkie but forgot it wasn't free0 -
Thanks Top Girl,
I've actually been looking at your list from 2014 of all the healthy extras. V helpful and will keep me muddling along.
I find everyone's input so helpful. Well done to SOTW, sending you a virtual fruit bowl like in group xWeight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -
