    Hi all

Well done to all the losers, you're all doing so well!

Just been on Facebook and my newsfeed seems to be full of posts about Fibre One bars and porky lights sausages - has the [STRIKE]world[/STRIKE] UK gone completely bonkers in my absence? :rotfl: What's even funnier is that when I googled said fibre one bars and checked out the link to Tesco, they're made in Spain! Haven't seen them here though.

Back in the morning with the result of my weigh in, I'm not holding out much hope for a loss, but tomorrow is the start of a new week, and it's going to be a good one.

p.s. It's raining again so don't expect courgettes and little gem lettuces to be returning in great quantities anytime soon.

Can you put me down as a (lucky) STS please Shala.

Day One today and I'm planning to have a week as on plan as possible, otherwise last week will come back to bite me on the bum.

So much for my good intentions for the new year, I've really got my work cut out to achieve my target for this challenge now. I'm beginning to feel like one of those lifetime members at group, that keeps going year after year and never actually gets to target!

Good luck to anyone else weighing in today. Have a good week everyone.

    Good morning all,

It really is the dog days of January, dull, dreary and very foggy here.

-2lbs for the chart please Shala...at least it's going in the right direction!

Dentist appointment at lunchtime but a cold dog walk to do first.

Hugs to all that need them

Swearing and syns were in abundance :) Ah well, it's still a process I suppose. Both Klopp's rebuilding and my clambering back onto the wagon. No big plans until Top Boy's birthday meal (6th Feb) now, so no excuses.

B - Bacon and mushroom sandwich (HEXB)

D - Chicken noodle soup, apple, melon

T - Spaghetti bolognese with leftover speed from last night's roast between the sauce and pasta as I'm determined to shoehorn more in this week.

Made the bolognese last night so looking forward to a lazy evening as I'm very, very tired. Top Bloke on a late so tea, bath, sofa and soaps for me, bliss.

Oh dear WJN.:( That's surprising for your first week. Do you know why it happened? Did you slip off the wagon? If you have time, do post your menus every day and we can check if you're having unaccounted syns or missing out on something. Exercise is good but you should be able to lose with just food optimising.

Good luck for the week ahead lois and fingers crossed for WI greentiger.:)

I'm upping my water intake today as I know weekend wine syns are dehydrating. I've managed 2 litres already.:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, ham, 2 fried eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: lentil and veg soup (and small salad if hungry enough)
D: baked haddock, SW chips, mushrooms, tomatoes, green stuff (peas, broccoli, sugar snaps).
    Syns: NONE!

thanks maman. We had some upsetting news one day last week and I did my usual - reach for a glass (or 2/3) of wine in between the tears, so I suspect that and being new to it all has screwed my week!

    new week and more determined!
trying to up my water intake too
    B: FF yogurt and raspberrys
    L: chicken salad
    D: Fish and slimmingworld chips.
Snacks: carrot sticks and celery sticks.
    HEA milk and HEB nuts.

Syns,, 5 syns (leftover stuffing), 3 syns for sugar in T.

any and all feedback appreciated - I need to get on track
