Had a really rubbish SW day yesterday with no willpower at all. Was doing ok until mid afternoon when i was craving chocolate and remembered there was a box of hotel chocolat chocs in the cupboard and ate most of them.

Was really annoyed with myself but not so annoyed that i didnt eat half of OH's chinese takeaway he brought in. I dread to think of the syns. On the plus side he got boiled rice and salt and pepper crispy chicken with a portion of onions instead of curry or seet and sour sauce. Oh well, todayis another day.
If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!
  • Ali t I feel your pain my willpower broke last night too.

I caved and had a chili heatwave bag of doritos with cheese. Not a regular bag... oh no had to be the 200g family bag that had been hiding out since Christmas. Luckily I didn't have sour cream so had them with ff quark instead so it was only 56 syns!!

Hey ho we've got it out of our system so we can get back on it today and have a good week

  • Just been catching up with the last couple of pages. I forgot to subscribe so I didn't get a daily update.

Haylaluru and Ali-t - we all get days (weeks) when we just lose all our willpower. I think you both have the best approach in saying that tomorrow is another day.

In the past I would have just given up altogether and put the weight back on.

I hope I can do better now.

I had a good loss this week even though I went above my syns on a couple of days - it just shows how much junk I was eating. It's also motivated me to get out an exercise tape and do a few minutes. I hope I can build it up gradually.

Someone early on asked which was best WW or SW. I say SW every time. With WW I was counting points all day which made me constantly focus on food.

With SW I plan my meals better, and the emphasis on speed foods makes me eat far more vegetables than I do when not on SW.

    for today
Brunch - ham, eggs, tomatoes - perhaps mushrooms. I may have crispbread with butter if syns allow.
Early dinner - beef stew, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cabbage
Supper - porridge with chopped kiwi and nuts (need to check syns in nuts)
    Snacks - carrot batons
    HEXA milk, HEXB porridge
Syns - nuts, possible crispbread and butter.

    Wishing everyone a great day.

-3lbs for me this week :j Absolutely delighted! I got up on my new scales finally and according to that I weigh nearly a pound lighter  Used my old scales to get the proper number so I wouldn't be cheating :rotfl: I'll use the new one from now on though. Congrats on all the loses and hugs to those that need them.
