    Hello all :hello:

I've been lurking for ages but just got round to posting :o

Could I join your challenge please, I think you've got about 6 weeks left of this challenge so could I go for 5 pounds please Shala

I've picked up on lots of great stuff while I've been lurking so many thanks to you all but also I think it was Topgirl who shared her chicken & noodle soup recipe, thanks Topgirl, I love it, I make it regularly now and also thanks to Maman for recommending the Sains NAS High Juice, that's a regular on my shopping list too

Hope you're all doing well with your plans this week

    Regards
    ATT

You're very welcome ATT. I'm sure the lovely Shala will put you on the list when she comes on next.

Glad you like the squash. It's about the sharpest NAS drink I could find. I have a glass every morning with breakfast to replace fruit juice and it helps with the water intake.

Just off to shop, meal plan completed. It's another week of eating from the freezer and cupboards as best I can. I have made a bit of space so I'll make some soup tomorrow.

    Today's plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
    L: veggie omelette with beetroot
D: HM fishcakes, SW chips, roast veg (onions, peppers, mushrooms), green stuff (broccoli, mange tout, peas).
    Syns: weekend wine:T

    Thanks Maman

I agree, it's the sharpness I like. I tried another flavour, peach and grape I think but much prefer the Grapefruit. I'm not too bad with my water intake but do like the option of being able to add this

I'm on the 'get freezer clear' mission too and quite pleased with progress. There are two naughty Christmas items still in there but i'll fit them into meals somewhere ;)

I'm a very irregular poster which if i'm honest is why I've just lurked as didn't feel quite right joining the thread but not being able to support others very often IYSWIM

    Meal plan today
Breks, herbal tea, bacon, egg and tomato sandwich (HEB)
Lunch - going to try the Ic£land SW tuna pasta, it's rare that I don't cook from scratch but was passing by and thought i'd get one and see what all the fuss is about. Will have that with some extra salad
Dinner - Goulash - one of my HM ready meals from my freezer and something I love. Going to have that with some rice and green veg including Kalettes. I've been looking all over for them to try and suddenly spotted them in A1di, not had them yet so not sure what to expect. Has anyone here tried them yet?

Syns, Shop bought latte 8.5 (something I treat myself to from time to time) and not sure about the rest
    HEA - to be confirmed
Snacks, satsumas, pineapple (know that's not speed but I do love it!)

    Regards
    ATT

I am still experimenting with lunches and found a really cheap one. Naked noodle points are low syn (1.5 for the hoisin duck). Im not a fan of pot noodles or pasta pot type things but these are delish are very filling and only cost £1 although i did hear asda have them on special for 50p. Dont think i will lose much this week as the lure of chocolate has been high and have been over my syns every day. Will do a workout dvd a few times to counteract this.

Afternoon all and thanks for the warm welcome back :)
Bit more energy today (although not much- am worn out now :D) so I've been to the gym. I'm ravenous though for some reason- my tummy has been rumbling for much of the day even though I've eaten! :D
    Today's menu:
B: Melon (huge portion. I literally ate one of those half melon portions to myself) :D decaf coffee with HEXA s/s
L: Subway ham salad, 1.5 syns for sauce. Apple, 2 x HiFi Light bars (6 syns) water
    Snack: 2 satsumas
T: Asda Slimzone Vegetable Arribiata (my consultant put it through the syn calculator and it came out free) green beans, sprouts, cauliflower florets, broccoli. Strawberries, raspberries, Light and Free yogurt, meringue nest (2.5 syns)
S: Potato wedges (done in Actifry, from fresh potatoes, 2 syns for oil) 1tbsp light mayo (2 syns) salt, vinegar and pepper, HEXB 2 x slices wholemeal bread from a small loaf (HEXB) 1 x Laughing Cow Light triangle (part HEXA) Cup of decaf tea with remainder of HEXA.
    Syns: 14
Body Magic- 1/2 hour swim, 1 hour Pilates
    Good to be back xx

Just post when you can ATT:)
Where did you find the kalettes in Aldi? Are they frozen or fresh? I've never had them.
Is your goulash a SW recipe? And tell us what you thought about the tuna pasta.

Beetroot was on Super6 today so I bought 4 packs. I love it.

Let us know about the Slimzone MrsR. I tried the chicken jalfrezi last week and enjoyed it. Pleased that it had plenty of Speed but (as you'd expect) I added more.

Having a pretty good week so far. I've not gone over my syns but I have used all 15 most days. I have a lot of weight to lose so think I should be alright using them all. I'll cut down a bit as I get closer to target. Been getting good steps in according to my fitbit. That's all the body magic I can manage at the moment but it's better than nothing. Really fancy some drinkies tonight but I've all my syns used so hopefully I'll resist. My new scales is still causing me some worry. Haven't plucked up the courage to try it yet :rotfl:
