Good idea to have a change lush. Sometimes just making changes can have an effect. You might feel a bit deprived counting calories but if it kick starts your loss for a while then it's worth it.
Thanks maman - it looks like it has worked but I will weigh at home tonight and report back
Making much better choices and finding I'm not looking to snack as much - yay!************************************

Afternoon everyone. Have decided to bite the bullet and get back on plan today. Watched a few SW related videos on youtube while I was getting ready this morning and it's spurred me on. Have no idea what I weigh but I know it's a lot heavier than I was a couple of weeks ago. Anywho, today's plan:
B - Porridge (HEB & 1/2 HEA), apple, orange
L - mugshot, apple, clementines
D - Chicken thighs, vegetable rice, salad
S - Pear, ff yogurt, hot chocolate (1/2 HEA & 2.5 syns), alpen light (3 syns)

Hi Lois Lane, I am finding it ok and have been eating like a horse. I ate lots of chocolates and crisps last week too so it has highlighted just how bad my diet usually is that I can lose 4lbs and still eat that much. Should be ok to stick to with only a few minor slip ups. How do you find it? Any tips?
It's the only [STRIKE]diet[/STRIKE] weight loss plan that works in my opinion, and that's because it encourages you to eat healthily. The number 1 tip I can give you is to eat plenty of Speed food - SW recommend 1/3rd of your food intake is Speed on ExtraEasy and 1/2 on EESP.
Read all the info in your packs and feel free to ask any questions if there's anything you don't understand.
Good luck.
