Good evening all
Congrats to all the losers so far this week! I treated myself to a new scales, the Whitings body cardio. I've wanted a scales that links up to myfitnesspal for ages so when I saw this on special offer I couldn't resist. It arrived today and I was too chicken to try it out! I've been using a scales from Aldi for the past few years and I'm terrified I'm going to weigh more on this one :rotfl: Weigh in day for me isn't until Sunday so I have until then to convince myself to get up on it!

Brilliant result lush :TFor the crispbreads is this 2 syns per crispbread or the individual pack of 5 they come in?Old_Lurker wrote: »Thanks, I'll see if they will here then that's the end of them....Alpen Lights all the way!
tweets looks like you take a HEB sandwich to work every day and have it with whatever veg is going then a healthy Speed packed meal in the evening. No breakfast but if it's got you to target then it works for you. The great thing about SW is that it's flexible enough to fit lots of lifestyles.
I've had a meal out tonight: braised beef on mash with kale. It was delicious but syns difficult to guess could have been in mash and definitely in gravy plus wine syns were consumed.
Today's plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, fried egg, HEB toast, tomatoes, mushrooms, HEA milk for drinks
L: sweet JP, veggie chilli, cottage cheese, beetrootAs above
syns: too many0 -
Hey everyone!!!
Trouble has re-entered the SW arenayes it's that time of year again- 13 weeks until awards night and i have a dress that fits everywhere but on my stomach.
need to do something about that methinks!
So I rejoined (again...:D) just before Xmas. I lost 6lbs and then lost interest due to Xmas. I went back two weeks ago and knew it was bad... it was very bad. I had gained 12lbs in 6 weeks! So, I got on it big time. I've rejoined the gym and have been swimming (well I walk along the bottom of the pool, I can't swim) and to yoga and Pilates. I was 100% on plan last week, tons of speed and lost 8lbs! I'm going for 5lbs this week (unlikely) I only actually want to lose about a stone and a half in total, so 21lbs so I only have 13lbs to lose and I have 13 weeks to do it in. However if the dress is still tight I'm not adverse to going a bit lower than a stone and a half. Although given the fact it's a size 20-22 and I can actually get it on without undoing the zip
I don't want to go too far.
Yesterday's menu:
Didn't have breakfast as I slept very late as didn't sleep Wednesday night- the joys of fibromyalgia!
Lunch: Jacket spud, garlic and herb Quark, Stagg Low Fat veggie chilli, lettuce, rocket, tomato, red onion, red and green peppers. Fresh raspberries, Light and Free yoghurt, cup of decaf coffee with HEXA s/s milk
Tea: Sweet chilli salmon fillets (4 syns) stir fry (it was one of those fresh stir fry packets- can't remember what was in it but I know it was all speed stuff) Curly Wurly (6 syns) cup of decaf tea with HEXA s/s
Supper: HEXB wholemeal toast from a 400g loaf, 1 x Laughing Cow light (from HEXA) chicken chunks, 2 x satsumas, cup of decaf tea with remainder of HEXA.
Syns: 10
Body magic: my Fitbit tells me I walked 3303 steps- I was supposed to be at the gym but I was too exhausted so I didn't do much!
Love to you allxx
