    Morning all :A
Well done losers and hugs to those in Need :A

Been a funny old week but WI and lost that pesky .4lb I gained last week ( on, off, on, off :o) even after birthday cake .

Was sons Birthday wed, first time in 23 years we didn't celebrate together (other than cake) as he went out to a gig. Depressed me a bit :(. Next day would have been my mums birthday too . Could explain was I was not just tired but completely exhausted that day even though was the best day ever with 1-1. I was so bad I really thought I was losing my mind. Couldnt think of the words I needed, couldnt remember something just said to me. Got half way up road and thought I'd forgotten my gloves so went back in to work only to find them in my pocket . Also my phone rang in the evening and I couldn't work out where it was coming from even though it was right next to me  Friday not quite as bad but still exhausted. Sitting here in dressing gown as to exhausted to move :o.
    Really don't know what's wrong :(.
Transition for 1-1 also not going great, so been supporting job share and sharing the violence for once . 1-1 going cold turkey from Monday, feeling guilty already for job share. Don't think meds are working either, although Head has witnessed me in full panic attack so at least can see it's real!
Sorry for that but helps to get it off my chest :o

Have a good weekend all :A

Having a pretty good week so far. I've not gone over my syns but I have used all 15 most days. I have a lot of weight to lose so think I should be alright using them all. I'll cut down a bit as I get closer to target. Been getting good steps in according to my fitbit. That's all the body magic I can manage at the moment but it's better than nothing. Really fancy some drinkies tonight but I've all my syns used so hopefully I'll resist. My new scales is still causing me some worry. Haven't plucked up the courage to try it yet :rotfl:

The syns are there to be used whiplashy so don't feel guilty about having them. I've had all 105 (and probably more:o) every week since I started. You just need to be sure you know exactly how many are in whatever treats you enjoy to be certain you're not going over.

I think you need to go back to the GP tie. If the medication isn't working, it might be part of why you're feeling like this or maybe just takes a while to kick in. Best to check.:) Meanwhile, get as much rest as you can in this weekend. Why not be decadent, go back to bed with a book or lie on the sofa and fall asleep.

Hope you're OK betty? Be back soon.:)

I'm pottering about today and planning to make some soup for lunches in the week. Football is tomorrow lunchtime for us so I'm going to prep my veg for tomorrow's dinner too.

    EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with veggie chilli, cottage cheese and beetroot
D: chicken casserole (carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms, leeks and butterbeans) with kale and new potatoes
Syns: cornflour in sauce, weekend wine:D.

You pamper sesh sound lovely mary, really miss having a bath here :( you must smell lovely!

-2lb loss for me this week :T so i'm pleased. 2lb to go to get back to where I was before xmas and then soldiering on until I get to target sometime in the distant future! :rotfl: I have a wedding to go to in May so i'd like to aim for that but i'm always on the scenic route so...

    Menu today
    B - apple, yogurt, oats (2)
L - BNS and veg soup, bread (0.5 heb)
T - katsu chicken, pilau rice, poppadums (2) mango chutney (2)
    S - crisps (3)

Using the SW curry club recipes tonight, they look lovely so it'll feel like a takeaway but still healthy.

Have a good one everyone xxx

Hi all, happy Saturday! I'm not quite on plan today but I will be tomorrow, promise.

B - Bagel Thin with nut butter
D - Bacon, onion, mushroom and tomato omelette with three hash browns
T - Prawn stir fry (spring onion, mushrooms, grated carrot, beansprouts and noodles)

I was looking for a nice Chinese recipe for the new year but not many were free and they tended to need quite specialist ingredients that wouldn't get used up anywhere else so I've gone for good old stir fry instead.

I'll also be having a bag of Maltesers later with either a film or my book. And some wine.

I have however done my meal plan for next week and my shopping, and I've stocked up on some of those Fibre One bars and Hula Pufts for low Syn treats - just have to resist eating the lot of them all in one go.

Off to clean the bathroom now, joy of joys, but at least it's a bit of exercise on top of this morning's parkrun.
