Hello all! Some fab losses rolling in, great to hear the momentum continuing.
I went out for a six mile run this morning and it turned out be more of a seven mile run so that was just great, and it was quite fast as well. My fitness went completely out the window last year and I need to keep reminding myself that running does get easier, you just have to keep doing it.
Anyway, glad to hear I'm not the only one who's indulged a little this weekend. This is why I weigh on a Friday- it gives me chance to get well and truly back on the horse after the weekend.
B - Banana
D - Grandma's roast: Pork (quite fatty, tasty cuts), sausages, roast pots, carrots, onion, broccoli and proper onion gravy. Not very SW but not processed either so I think that's something.
T - Will be stir fry as yesterday to use up the prawns but probably w/o the noodles as I don't think I'll be hungry enough.
HEA: Milk
HEB: Alpen lights
Syns: sugar in coffee (5), bag of Revels later (85 or so)
Tomorrow will be busy so I'll post now as I have it all planned. Monday with work all day and yoga in the evening caught me out last week as I didn't eat enough then binged in the evening, so I've planned to avoid feeling hungry.
B - Carrot and cinnamon baked oats
D - Salad: roast chicken pieces, boiled egg, grated carrot and beetroot, cucumber and sweetcorn. Dressed with balsamic vinegar.
T - Pork and veg ragu from freezer (1 Syn) with Aunt Bessie's Carrot and Swede mash (1 Syn). Poss snack of Mug Shot before yoga class if hungry.
HEA: Milk
HEB: Oats
Syns: 2 as above, sugar in coffee (no more than 4), ...?
Enjoy the rest of your weekend everyone, where do they go?Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Hello all xxxx0 -
Just weighed in, lost 1 pound
A loss is a loss however I had hoped for more, I've been on plan with no slip ups.
Feeling a bit blaaaa, had headache all day and a bitbloated so hopefully everything will rectify in self in the next few days!
Things to concentrate on this week -
Water intake, this is slipping whilst I'm at work, more water, less coffee.
More SP meals, see if this kick starts things again.
Syns, I tend to save them for weekends but if I have no plans I need to learn to use these! Aiming to use 10 per day which still gives a bit of flexibility.MFW 2017 No 41 £835.79/£1000

Ay up everyone
Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I had a dayschool for uni yesterday and then went shopping with OH so I was shattered when I came in. I've got a water infection which I'm feeling rubbish about- tried so hard all week going for a decent loss and because I get really bloated when I have a water infection that will likely mean I don't do very wellI can't go to the gym until it clears up either so I'm slightly gutted. Last one I had took nearly three weeks and three courses of antibiotics to shift so I hope this one doesn't last as long!

L: Turkey breast chunks, mixed salad, sushi (1 syn) melon and pineapple, bottle of water

I'm sure you'll get a good loss next week. Just stay on plan, being good catches up.:D
Sorry to hear about your dad hwoolgar . As you've put the weight on quickly it should go quickly too. Good luck with going for your stone award.
New week tomorrow and we can put synful weekend behind us.:)0 -
Just checking in really late I know!
Went over the SIL last night for a rare family get together but decided I was going to be the designated driver so saved myself from over syning and a hangover....meant also I didn't have the attack if the munchies to deal with!
Today I've been cleaning the car........it needed a deep deep clean which would have cost a fortune at the valaters and involved a lot of bending and stretching ....followed closely by a 2 Mile dog walk so I think I've covered my exercise quota for the day lol.
Food wise I had a sausage sandwich lunchtime & a spat bol tonight.....I have enjoyed a glass of wine tonight but I think I earned it lol
Hello hwoolger btw0
