Weigh in today brings -1.5lbs this week :j

I'm cooking a big batch of chicken tikka masala for tea with lots extra for the freezer. I like a few of the slimmingworld meals for quickness but £3 each is out of my budget. I don't use frylight and I miss read the recipe and bought creme friache instead of fromage frias :o it's the asda 3% as 10syns for the whole pot..... with the 6 syns for the tbs of olive oil it makes the pan full 16 syns but there are a good 6-8 portions os not bad for 2-3syns each. I am after all trying to eat my syns on "food" and not snacks!

B:He B over night oats with ff greek yoghurt and berries (to help the budget i got frozen and allowed to defrost so the juice was yummy!)
L ham and coleslaw (hm) wrap (7.5 syns ) space raiders (3syns)
D: will be chicken tikka (2-3syns) rice and i'll make one of those salads thats chopped up tiny

I have fresh strawberries to eat and some easy peelers for later.

trying to prep some veg too for the fridge. Have a swede in the microwave and have chopped some carrots/broccilli and baby corn up in to steam bags for easy speed when I'm in a hurry!

    Morning all.

I can't keep up with this thread as people are posting all the time!

Does anyone have one of those HydrateM8 bottles?

I was looking at getting one, but they aren't cheap and the delivery charge is £4.95 I think.

Is there a cheaper alternative please?

    Thanks.

Yes I have one and not impressed with it.

Its rather large so I keep it at home which really defeats the object knowing how much water I have drunk that day :(

Coming back to read some more posts in a bit but I just wanted to say thanks for your post Larumbelle it wasn't preachy at all and gave me some food for thought.

Mrsshazbat rant away! I don't feel resentment but I am frustrated at ALWAYS having to make the "right" choices. I really miss (and envy) the old me (or should I say young me) who could eat whatever she wanted and not gain a pound. Those days are 10 years in the past though so I have to focus on the now but I'm struggling SO MUCH with SW at the moment - I'm pretty much just off-plan which is upsetting as I know it works. I can't seem to get my head back in the game and it's getting me down.

First weigh in and I lost 7lb :j

Very happy! This is not my first time doing SW but my biggest first week loss. This time round I changed some new things such as I switched to skimmed milk (and I havent really noticed a difference!) and lots of cooking meals.
