Cazza - Unfortunately you'll need to syn the smoothie as you can't juice/puree fruits. I've no idea what the syns are as I've had a smoothie. Perhaps someone else can help with that.

Nutrabullet, mostly Kale, only half an apple, half a banana and quarter of lime. Have never syned my smoothies as homemade and only add a bit of fruit for sweetness.
My opinion is if in small quantities (i.e similar to what you would eat) is fine. Avoid shop bought ones, avoid juicing 12 prices of fruit. If you know what's in it, fine.
Let's face it, SW let us have a snack bar full of sugar and fructose and call it a "healthy" extra (yes I eat those too:D)
I know which of the two have more nutritional value!MFW 2017 No 41 £835.79/£1000

Hi all
Thanks for the welcome back folks. Sorry I haven't been on much but I am still getting into the swing of things having only gone back to work on Thursday.
First weigh in this week and being on plan has paid off as I lost 4.5lbs :j Only 1/2lb to go and I will be back to my half stone loss.
I hae menu planned for the week so fingers crossed I get another good loss next week.
Good luck to everyone else who had lost and keep going to everyone else.
Have a good holiday Denise.
Sorry to hear your news Topgirl. Take care of yourself.0 -
Thanks Cazza - have to say I tend to agree with you but I was just stating the SW policy! As long as you are aware of that it's your choice and if you're weight losses stall then it is something you can consider changing.

I've always thought that too.. I know why they say it so you don't eat more than you would but I'm not going to mash banana on toast and syn it when its exactly the same as eating the toast and then the banana,Swagbuckling since Aug 2016 - Earnings so far.. £55.0 -
-2lbs for me please Shala
Was pretty good at sticking to plan today though I had an extra snack of grapes and Dairylea light triangles which I will swap for milk as my HEA and syn 2 cups of tea of milk (2syns?). Also just had a Cadburys Bourneville Highlights (another 2). Total syns for the day 4
Menu for tomorrow:
B Shreddies
L Chicken with salad (leaves, toms, cue, pepper)
D Jacket pot and Dairylea light with a salad
At work I'm pretty good at drinking water (over 2 litres today) but when I work from home I seem to rely on tea a lot more so my plan is next time I'm at home to drink a lot more NAS Squash...0
