Not off to a great start today, forgot my lunch and that's put me in a bad mood already!

What shops have you got near by? I'm sure if you buy carefully you can do not too badly.

I managed to forget to put an ice pack in my lunch bag, so going to have a warm muller light as a snack latter :(

Thanks all. Just keeping on keeping on at the moment and being kind to myself. Determined to stay on plan this week though.

Had cauliflower rice with my stroganoff last night. Was okay, think it'll only work for me with strong flavours though.

Found porky lights in our local Asda for the first time so bought two packs of those, gonna give pinch of nom's low syn toad in the hole a go over the weekend.

Syns yesterday were sunbites popcorn (2.5), Bournville highlights (2) and mini toblerone (1.5).

    Today:

B - Poached eggs and mushrooms on HEXB toast

D - Chicken noodle soup, apple and melon

T - Not sure, Top Bloke has the rest of the week off so he'll cook something. Quite fancy cottage pie which is around 2 syns (teaspoon of mustard, teaspoon of gravy granules etc) plus my HEXA so I'll syn some milk for a hot chocolate before bed.

Too tired for any specific BM today so just going to pootle about.

Has the Banana Weetabix increased recently? It was def 1.5 not so long ago and 2 of the normal Weetabix

We got a sheet last week to put in our books that was changes to the cereal options of the healthy Bs, so it might have just changed.

We have fridges here, but some of the stuff in them is toxic. It's full of chunky milk and hairy sandwiches

I've got it by the draughty window near my desk. Used to do the carrier bag on the outer windowsill as a fridge when I was in halls at uni :)

  • well done on all the losses :j

    I had a STS
which is good but now that I am nearing the last 1 - 2 stone the weight loss has slowed considerably, but then again the last couple of weeks have been different to usual with Christmas etc :p .

I am going to read through the plan again and see if I need to tweak anything

skinny hugs to all that needs them :grouphug:

    Oh yuck!!!!

Thanks for the Weetabix info! Its the banana ones I have in the cupboard so must get them used!

Its not all bad, its just the omelette I forgot. I have salad, chicken, bacon, mushroom and onion that was meant to go in the omelette lol.

Just means I'll be having the omelette at tea time. Mind you I did drag myself up last night to make it so that was what annoyed me.

Getting on the green tea and water today, haven't managed to get the fluids back up to pre xmas levels yet!

Glad to hear you're looking after yourself topgirl and good that topboy is around to pamper you too.:)

That's a great idea. You might find something you're doing wrong or, of course, it could be that the lull is because of Christmas but it does seem to work that closer you get to target the harder it becomes but it comes right in the end. What I'd suggest is that you up your Speed and/or try a few SP meals if not days and keep drinking the water!

I won't be 100% on plan today but I'll do my best. I always refuse the Yorkshire and do my best to not leave much space for roast potatoes. Dinner out tonight and lunch tomorrow but back 100% on Thursday.

    EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: JP with veggie chilli and cottage cheese
    D: Toby carvery
Syns: squirt of syrup, off plan meal with wine syns

Have now read the rest of the thread so back with today's menu - the last day before my holiday! Not looking forward to getting up at about 3am, LOL!

    B - beans on toast
L - jacket potato; tuna mayo (1 syn for LTL mayo)
D - Spanish rice (which we didn't need last night as lunch filled us up so much and ended up with a sandwich)

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - Mayo 1; chorizo 5
