Happy holidays Denise
Yes, if I don't get on again Bon Voyage! Enjoy the AI (and the sunshine) and then come back ready to go again!
I have to say my veggie chilli at lunchtime was lush. Very :money: as Asda had a good selection of beans KTC brand at 3 for £1. If I can I'll go back and stock up.
Good luck to anyone with WI tonight.0 -

the cheese in the soup is minimal (about 100g for the whole pan and it makes 4 or 5 portions) milk in drinks - usually drink black , if milk used it would not add up to half a cup in a day.
I dont tend to use syns. I no longer crave anything sweet and when I do I use muller lights with fruit. I bought some light chocolate and fudge alpen bars (?3 syns each) yesterday but havent had any because I really didnt feel the need. I can't believe I am writing that down - I used to be such a chocoholic (hence the username) I could easily eat a family bar of dairy milk every night0 -
Seems quiet on here today, have a fab holiday Denise.
After 3 days in the gym in a row, I get to go straight home tonight:D
Going to make a Jambalaya - got my cooking head on again, do some cleaning and have a pampering night.
Long may this relatively good mood and productivity continue!0 -

Depending on what milk you are using if it's only half an HEA then the 20g cheese would count as the other half, otherwise it would be 3 syns.
I know you say you don't use your syns it is a mistake as they are part of the plan and should be used. It doesn't have to be used on sweet things - you could use them for things like gravy, sauces, mayo, extra cheese, bread, crackers, butter etc.
If I don't have my full 105 syns a week then I tend not to lose anything.
Try using your syns and see if it helps your weight loss.
I'm planning on enjoying my 2 weeks AI and the sun!
I suspect I'll be in need for some vegetables when I get back home:rotfl:.

Hi everyone and happy Tuesday
I still have a rotten headache, trying to drink lots of water today to try and flush it out.
Today's food:
B - porridge made with half milk half water, with honey (1syn), cinnamon and banana
L - cheese (remaining hexa) & tomato omelette with red slaw and space raiders (5 syns)
T - working late so trying an asda slimzone meal - chicken dinner which I've googled and works out at 3 syns - not bad, will add some extra veggies
Weigh day tomorrow, but have only been SW friendly for 3 days so not expecting too much
Have a great holiday denise0 -
If you subscribe to the thread then when you go into Quick Links and click on the title there will be a First Unread post to click on. Hope that makes sense!
Denise
When I click "quick links" there isn't a box in the list that says "first unread post".
There was one that said "subscribed threads", so I clicked on that. But I still couldn't see a "first unread post", just a load of threads I'd posted on.0 -

Sorry I didn't describe that very well so I'll try again!
Click on "Quick Links" which will bring up, as you say, a list of threads you've posted on, click on "subscribed threads". As long as the thread you wish to go back to is in bold when you click on it you will be taken to the first page of the thread.
In the green bar there will be something saying "View First Unread". Click on it and it will take you to the next post since you last logged on.
You will only get this is the thread is highlighted in bold.
Hope that's clearer.
