Welcome back Meg. I'm sure you'll lose that quite easily if you put your mind to it.

I'm in a worse position than you - now 3lb over target and still struggling to lose the weight I put on when on holiday last month! Think I'm going to be struggling to lose anything this week with a bad night last night and eating out on Saturday, plus Sunday morning in a hotel - but I'll do my best. As my consultant always says "be good when you and careful when you can't!"

    Afternoon all
Tired today. Wasn't a particularly late one last night but was up at stupid o clock today to get the train back as OH had to get to work and we've still got the kitchen fitters in.
So we get to use the new cooker this weekend! I've found a recipe on the SW website and one in the mag to try which I'm looking forward to,were off to pick up our new pans tomorrow and some oven trays and other kitchen bits and we're good to go :)
I'm going to weigh in tomorrow as I hadn't managed to weigh in this week but I weigh at my own group Monday so I can't have the cheat meal I would usually have after WI- damn :D
I managed to resist the hotel breakfast this morning- which is really good news as I can never ever be good with any of it- I end up being really naughty :D Instead I popped to the Co-op in the station and bought some fresh fruit selections and some Total 0% yoghurt and had a decaff Americano with some skimmed milk from Costa. Really enjoyed it actually :)
    Today's menu:
B: Apple, orange, melon and mango pieces and grapes; pot Total 0% yoghurt, decaf coffee with HEXA
L: SW mushroom soup, HEXB 2 x slices wholemeal bread (from small loaf) 1 carefully measured tbsp Flora Light (2) 2 apples, small bottle of water and decaf coffee with HEXA
T: SW sausage casserole (ready meal) with whatever veg I can find in the freezer :D mixed berries, NAS Vimto with sparkling water
S: 4 Crackerbreads (4) SW potato salad, lean ham. Bag of HH Pufts(3.5)
    Syns: 9.5

Do we have a name for the new challenge?

I was going to go with "Get in the swing for Spring with Slimming World"??

Is that ok for everyone or does anyone have anything better? I'm always open to suggestions :D

As always, if I've thanked your post then I've picked up your target.. we've pledged a loss of 12stone 4lbs so far! :j:j

I'm sure we'd all agree that following SW, however loosely helps keep weight under control.

Completely agree Maman.. whether people are slow losers or fast losers we're all trying and that's better than not trying!

 Hi meg, good to see you!

I can't decide on my target this time around. Its my birthday in March (with loads of you if I remember rightly :D) and we have quite a few things planned - meal out at the rub smokehouse and cocktails, birthday cake (obviously :p), afternoon tea, weekend away in Brighton.. all this is happening separate weeks so if I can get to the end of March the same weight I am now i'd be ecstatic!

May just go for a conservative 4-5lb...

Also can't stop eating today, not sure why and it's not healthy stuff.. drawing a line as of now though :naughty:
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

    I like that name.

I've not got my birthday in March, but I have got a number of family birthdays, so there will be lots of meals outs and cake for me too.

I've been totally the same with food for the last 2 days. Don't even know where to start with counting syns for it all :(
At least I know I won't be eating much in hospital next week, as it will be too revolting, and as long as bad stuff is out of reach I wont be able to get it when I get home, as that would seemingly be too strenuous, and I'm not allowed to drive for a while, so won't be able to go out and buy bad stuff.

Popping out of lurkdom as I'd like to join the next challenge please. Been doing SW for about 16 months and am almost at 4 1/2 stone loss now. Getting to 4 stone was all good, but this next half stone has taken months - been back in the right headspace for the last month though, so things are going in the right direction - well, depending what the scales say tomorrow of course.....

Could you please put me down for 14lbs in the March-April challenge please?
