1 1/2lost this week So I managed 1/2 the target I set myself before the end of this challenge. But it is better than a gain. And I also got my CLUB 10 having lost 20lbs since I started in November A third of the way to target

for the next challenge please put me down for 14lbs
Thanks to MSE savings we got to go to Disneyworld Florida.

  • Thanks Shala_moo I had totally missed the challenge part to the thread!

I'll join for the next one. Pop me down for -14lb loss over the 9 weeks. Not sure if I can achieve that but I'll aim for another stone!

    Thanks Shala

Not really sure what the next 9 weeks hold for me, but hopefully things will improve for me.
Going to aim for 14 lb although I might have to alter it.

Could I join the next challenge please?

I'd like to aim for 10lb off, which will take me under another stone marker.

I've a few weeks left of the 12 I've paid for but not sure I'll go back after that ends. I find group very dull and I'm too mean to pay £5 a week for something I can do myself for free!

    Evening all

I've had a day off today - breakfast was SW friendly but then I was unexpectedly out at lunchtime and had no choice apart from a BLT (Spanish style) which didn't have any lettuce, only two very thin slices of tomato and some surprise cheese slices, in a crusty white roll, with a small beer - it was delicious though. Tonight was a planned night out which included a Chinese meal followed by opera at the cinema (La Traviata - excellent). Line drawn, tomorrow will be strictly back on plan.

Shala - I'd like to go for 1lb a week, so 9lbs please.

    Well done, shala and chocolateteddy.

Thanks for setting up another challenge, shala. I will go for a very conservative 5lbs this time. I have a weekend away mid March, then at end of March into April I will be in India and Dubai.

Well, this was Storm Doris central! A couple of trees down and about 4” snow with accompanying road chaos. I managed to drive to DD’s ok to take DGS to school, but had to walk him there because those streets were horrific. It was a walk into horizontal snow. I was soaked. When I was driving home I got to within 20 yards of the road up to our village but I had a 15 min wait for traffic to move so I could turn! That was nothing – DH set out for a 4 mile drive – it took 2 ½ hours. DDiL had to abandon her car about 2 miles from home (she did find a safe place to leave it) and had to walk back. Some of you may have seen the captain of my football team doing exercises while stuck in traffic – it was on Sky Sports and BBC Scotland news ha ha.

    Total: 12

Out for lunch to celebrate friend’s birthday – if the snow has gone away.

  • Good Morning all! Confession time I gained 2lbs. Not hugely down about it as I think my loss last week was a bit of an illness anomaly - coupled with an unscheduled trip to McD this week - gosh their food is very synful isn't it? We don't go there as a rule so was a bit shocked when I looked the syncs up after:eek: On a good note my size 14 jeggings are too loose :j

So moving on I would like to set a target of 9lbs for the next challenge. I'm definitely taking the scenic route lol! Although there is a trip to Pizza Express this week so I may be a bit slow off the starting blocks.....

    Today's plan
    B- overnight oats and raspberries
L - j pot with lo hm bolognaise (packed with speed)
D- hm chilli and wedges with leeks
Off to clubbercise and then probably drink a few syns  Tonight that is not now.....
    Have a good day x

Hi, i would love to join the next challenge and am going to aim high with a loss of 21lbs i definitely need to refind my mojo and a challenge and lighter nights could be the way to do it - alongside the dechox of course.

  • Morning all - reporting a loss of 1lb this week, bit disappointed as I've really stuck to the 777 thing but then again I did weigh myself on Monday after my super naughty weekend and I've lost 4lb since then so hopefully if I keep up the good work I might see a bit more of a loss this week.

That means over the course of the challenge I've lost 10lb of the 11lb I was aiming for, very slightly disappointing but also an achievement for me as it's the longest I've stuck out the weightloss game since joining SW in July 2015.

For the next challenge I'll aim to lose 9lb please Shala - this will take me into the 11st bracket and also get me my Club 10 so plenty of motivation there. Nice to see you joining in Esmy!

Do we have a name for the new challenge?

    Today's menu:
B - Banana and passion fruit with FF Greek yog
    D - Fish and chips
T - Spag bol from the freezer
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - probably nuts
Syns - Sugar in coffee, fish and chips, and probably some chocolate

I'm helping my Grandma clear out her spare room today (hence the chippy dinner) so that'll be a good bit of exercise and I'm also going for a sports massage to help me with my running - pray that it does some good as my gammy hip is really putting me off doing anything at the moment.
