Coming out of lurkdom .... have a look at these recipes.

(don't read the rest of the site if you're easily offended, but I think the recipes are great...)

You should come out of lurkdum more often! I popped on here for a quick catchup and I've just lost 15 minutes reading their blog. They're very funny, but not for the easily offended as you say.

That's a really useful list too, and I'll definitely revisit that when I start back at class.

  • Hiya everyone, hope you're all well

I also love 2 chubby cubs, I think they are from my neck of the woods somewhere. I feel like I'm eating the same old things lately so will have to have a good old root through their blog at some point and find some new recipes. I also hear that Pinch of Nom are good and there's a lady on instagram I follow called Slimming Eats who always posts yummy food, she has a blog too which I keep meaning to look at

Today's a green day - I'm quite excited about doing SW old style until weigh day, just hope it gives me some movement on the scales

B - porridge (HEB1) with apple & cinnamon made with half water half milk (HEA1)
L - roasted peppers stuffed with Uncle Bens rice
T - diet coke chicken (HEB2) with some form of potatoes and steam veg

Planned syns for today: rice (3) protein shake (6) with almond milk (HEA2)

Leaving me with a few rich tea finger biccie syns for tonight

SW oracles let me know if anything on that menu looks dodgy, I'm going to be a good little SW-er and weigh my chicken out - my little booklet tells me its 70g of cooked chicken (or 115g raw weight, not sure which I'll use yet)

We just have strong winds and showery rain here.

At least if you get snowed in you can only eat what you have in, you can't go out to buy lots of bad stuff.

Take care of yourself and keep warm.
