Lois hard to believe it's only 5 weeks until you come back to the UK! Doesn't seem that long since you went back to Spain.

Having said that with the rubbish weather you've been having it probably feels as though it's been longer!

I was just thinking that 113g is quite a generous portion of mince. I made up savoury mince at the weekend and used a 500g pack. By the time I'd added the veg I got 8 portions: 6 for the freezer and 2 in the cottage pie I've made for tomorrow. Perhaps I have accidental Green days and I'm missing out!

lois , a pound is good for all your celebrations and I agree you could make a big difference in the next few weeks. Go girl! :)

Unfortunately it isn't 113g of mince it's 85g; but still a reasonable portion, I think; especially once you add potato & veg.

  • Candyapple - flavoured quark, yes I just use standard food and cupcake flavourings. My favourites are peppermint, almond and salted caramel (from tesco). I also occasionally add grape nuts for a bit of crunch and hxb.

Got the idea off an instagrammer, she buys them of eBay, some amazing sounding ones, peanut butter, white chocolate, candyfloss etc.

I'm defiantly going to be buying more as I'm not a huge breakfast fan, I find quark and berries keeps me full till dinner.

MissTeach - targets are tricky things aren't they, I've been thinking about setting mine recently, I was thinking around a size 10 ish too, but then that's smaller than I've ever been in my adult life :/

They are definitely tricky! Espcially when you've been big forever! I met my now husband when I was 16 (am 30 now) and I'm smaller now (by a little bit!) than I was then. So I'm the smallest I've ever been since being a child! Even as a young teenager, I'm pretty sure I was wearing size 14 clothes so size 10 still feels like it could never happen! I shall just keep on and see where I get.

    Been on plan today:
Breakfast: satsuma, pear and some ham
Lunch: smoked salmon salad and a Light & Free yoghurt
Dinner: 5 spice chicken, rice and stir fried vegetables.

Not used either healthy extra or any syns yet today so will find myself some treats in a bit!

Also cooked a bit of extra rice when doing dinner and am having overnight rice for breakfast tomorrow. Sounds bizarre but I like overnight oats but I normally like to save my HeB for my hifi bars in the evening as having those to look forward to in the evening is one of the things that stops me snacking during the day. So I've mixed my rice with grated apple, frozen cherries and a toffee muller light for tomorrow morning. Also had some veggies left from dinner which will form part of my salad for dinner tomorrow.

Don’t know how it happened, but it’s -1.2lbs for me, shala. Delighted! Maybe I should have a giant bag of fudge every week. Thanks for keeping us focused. shala.

Miss Teach, you have made amazing progress – well done.

I hope you beat Chelsea, tweets.

Good for you doing the dechox, ali-t. I did it last year – and I gave up biscuits, cake, puddings, anything sweet really. And I gave up Mothers’ Day and my birthday too. And I put on weight! So I’m not going there this year, even although I did raise a fair bit. But you’ll do well, I’m sure – it’s just typical of the crazy things that happen to me! See my first sentence for evidence of this!

    Are you an owl, cazza?

    Great stuff, Msm.

I’ve got my fingers and toes crossed for you, lantanna.

Oops. don't know where I got that 113 from. :p

But as you said, 85g is still good. I reckon my portions of about 63g of meat bulked out with veg are more than enough then potatoes and more Speed :D on the side.
